Hi @XBL_Laberbacke I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to claim the weekly item with your controller. Can you confirm what controller you are using and if it is wired or wireless?

Have you also customised the controls or are you using the default ones? And do all of the controls work as intended in-game?

The development have investigated and confirmed that they were unable to reproduce the issue were the Reindeer mount in Asgard looks distorted when using a Lynx on Title Update 1.6.2, therefore we will now consider this issue resolved.
