@SpirantCrayon22 it is possible that this issue does affect a larger number of players and it may be that some have not noticed or others may not be interested in checking their stats. When an issue is reported we do check on the number of contacts received over all platforms such as social media, support tickets and forums.

And I can understand your point of view when multiple people may be experiencing the same issue, however in the majority of cases connectivity troubleshooting or other troubleshooting can help to resolve the issue and as support we must provide...

And I agree, whilst you can have summer showers when there is a nice blue sky it does seems odd that there are no clouds.

Hi Vikings!

The issue in wherein items purchased from the Helix store disappeared from the inventory was supposed to be addressed with update 1.6.2, however from recent reports it would appear that this is not the case, therefore the issue has been reopened for further investigation.

As soon as we have more information we will update this thread.

Hi @SpirantCrayon22 the issue with the social glitches in Assassin's Creed Syndicate was a different issue to the Ubisoft Connect stats, however we would always go through connectivity troubleshooting as Ubi-oof mentioned, this is required and it ensures you have the best possible connection to the online services.

Also if this issue affected all players we would have received a much higher volume of contacts.

After thorough investigation, the development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.

I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.

As mentioned previously no duplicate purchases can be made, this is simply a UI issue. Any attempts to purchase an item that you already own from Reda will result in an error and no opals will be deducted. The the data should eventually update in Reda's store to show that the item is owned.

As the issue will no longer be investigated, I will now lock this thread.

Hi @Trimex86 I'm sorry to hear that the Ubisoft Connect core challenge 'Mastery Challenge' has not unlocked.

I am unsure if you are required to complete 'The Cryptic Tutelage of Hildiran' to complete the challenge. I have messaged the Ubisoft Connect team to clarify this with them. I will reply to this thread once I have an update for you. 

In the meantime could you please complete 'The Cryptic Tutelage of Hildiran' and confirm if the challenge is completed. If this does unlock after completing that quest then we would need to ask the Ubisoft Connect team if they can update the description of the core challenge.

I am just updating this thread with regards to my post on the 2nd December. I confirmed that the development team were unable to reproduce this issue on update 1.6.2. However, after looking into this further I can see that this was only the case when they did not have the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion installed, therefore it appears that the issue is still present and will occur when using any mount that is not a horse or stag in England.

The development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.

Hi @UAG-Lans if you currently own the Ubisoft Connect version of the game then you would be unable to launch the Steam version unless you purchased the game again on Steam as it is a different client.

The game is the same, therefore I would not recommend repurchasing the game again on Steam.

Also please note that if you purchased any DLC for Assassin's Creed Valhalla from the Steam store it would not be compatible with your Ubisoft Connect version. In order for DLC to work it would need to be purchased on the same client as the base game.
