I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team have confirmed that this issue wherein the quest 'Going Deeper' is not received if the plants were collected previously should be resolved with the release of Title Update 1.6.1! You can read the full patch notes here.

Hi @milmitt I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to unlock the Edward Kenyway outfit from the Ubisoft Connect rewards.

Can you please try unlocking the reward in-game or via the Ubisoft Connect website.

Hi @Senquiel I'm sorry to hear that the Oxenefordscire Flying Paper (Buckingham) not recognised as being collected.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have the latest update installed. This can seen in the main menu screen before loading your save.
  • Your map to show that it's still appearing on the map.
  • Go to the location to show the flying paper is not visible.
  • Your tattoo inventory to show that you have collected the 'Midgard Scheme Head Tattoo'.

Hi @velychkovlad I'm afraid the development team have been unable to reproduce the issue and have asked if you could provide your local save files.

The saves can be found in Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Assassin's Creed: Valhalla

The save should contain two files:

Autosave# and Autosave#.bin or ManualSave# and ManualSave#.bin

Hi @dragon1402 I'm sorry to hear that you are missing the Jotun armour after killing Suttungr's Outriders. Can you confirm if you have not received any of the armour or if you are only missing one piece? If it's only one piece which one is it?

And when you killed the outriders did you confirm the kill and did you see the notification on the screen to say you had received the armour?
