Hi @Verokana I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing the Eden Ring Station.

In order to access it you will require all five artifacts from the Tombs. If you have these then you should have seen the cutscene as you entered and you should be able to interact with the pillar at the back as shown in the screenshot below. As you did not see a cutscene it's possible that you are missing an artifact, please check your inventory to make sure.

Hi @dragon1402 the development team have confirmed that the save file indicated that Suttungr's Outriders are still alive and that you have never gained the armour set. They suspect you may be experiencing another issue that is being investigated where Suttungr's Outriders icons are not appearing on the map.

They have asked if you could check the locations of the outriders again to check that they are indeed dead? You would need to confirm the kills to obtain the items. If the outriders are still dead we would require an updated save file and a video to show that the o...

Just to update you that this issue has been reopened and the development team are investigating. This issue was supposed to be fixed in the 1.6.1 update, however we have received reports that the issue still occurs.

Hi @AngelOdyssey I'm sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Valhalla is not launching or that it crashes when it does launch.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.ย

@Piotr-Nastal28 I understand that you are unable to provide a video demonstrating this issue as you have already completed the tomb, I had asked if Ryusennin if they could provide this.

The issue for the Manius's Sanctum has been reported, however this issue with Verica's tomb hasn't yet which is why I would like a video demonstrating the issue so that I can report it to the development team to investigate and to know if the workaround suggested works.

Hi @wrkncacnterK I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a visual issue with the Mentor's cloak.

I can confirm that this issue should have been resolved with update 1.4.0. We haven't received any other reports of this issue since.

Can you please ensure that you have the latest update (1.6.1) installed and try again. If the issue persists could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. We would need to see the following:

Hi Vikings!

I can confirm that the issue where Eivor freezes when trying to pickup glass orb in Manius's Sanctum has been reported to the development team and is being investigated.

In the meantime there is a workaround that you can try which was suggested by another player, and has worked for other players, which is to set the graphics settings to high then try again. After you have done this you can set your graphics settings back to their previous state.

A player has also reported that the same issue occurs in Verica's tomb with the statues and that the same workaround works.

Hi @Viking_Jarl I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with a quest related to the Tombs of the Fallen and that you have lost some of your runes from your inventory.

For the first issue could you please confirm which part the cutscene does not play? Is it the Eden Ring Station?
