Hi @soul_reaver1978 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues collecting the wealth in Ledecestrescire.

To investigate this issue further we would require a video. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen in the main menu screen before loading your save.
  • Your map showing that the wealth is still showing and the location on the map.
  • Go to the location and show that you cannot collect the wealth.

@Erick_913 that's strange as it shows under your purchased games within the library.

Can you confirm if you have gone through the steps in my previous reply?

If so and the issue persists could you also confirm the following:

  • If you own a disc or digital version of the game? If a digital version are you playing the game on the account the game was purchased on?
  • If the game is installed on your internal or an external hard drive?
  • If you have you played the game previously or is it the first time you have launched it?

Hi @velychkovlad apologies for the late response.

I am also sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the world event 'Falling Stars'.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have the latest update installed. You can see this from the main menu screen before loading your save.
  • That all of the bards are present and when you press the button the cut scene does not play.
  • Show that you are unable to view the map.

@GAMERpjj thanks for the update, I'm sorry to hear that disabling the overlay did not help. I have seen that some players resolved the game crashing on launch by disabling the overlay in Ubisoft Connect.

I was going to create a support case for you so that we can investigate this further, however I can see that you have already done that and provided your system files.

Hi @RockiestGlint22 I'm sorry to hear your power went off during a game of Orlog and that you are now stuck in the game when you load your save.

I'm afraid it sounds as though your save has became corrupted when the console switched off. I would recommend going to load save rather than selecting continue and try loading a previous save before you started the game of Orlog, however you may lose some progression in doing this.

I would also advise to make 2 or 3 manual saves going forward, saving after each quest that you do overwriting the oldest save each...

Hi @Nikila81 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing Wrath of the Druids and the Siege of Paris expansions.

You mentioned that you had access to both of them previously but that you cannot download them again as it will not allow you to. Did you uninstall the game at any point? and are the expansions not showing as installed at the moment? If so this is why you cannot access the expansions in-game.

With regards to being unable to download them again, are you receiving an error when you try to do this? If so can you confirm what the error is...

Hi @AndreasGri I'm sorry to hear that your game crashed previously after killing Goneril.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

Hi @Jbarnabyj if you already own Assassin's Creed Valhalla then it wouldn't automatically upgrade your version of the game, you would need to manually select the upgraded version.
