I'm sorry to hear that the issue still occurs on the current update and that reloading an earlier save does not work. I'm afraid it would appear that your save file is corrupted after the game crashed.

I am also sorry to hear that the quest 'Holy Day' has not appeared in your quest log after completing the quest 'Kingdom's End'.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • Your quest log
  • Your completed quest log (slowly scrolling from the top to the bottom)
  • Your alliance map in the longhouse to show which region arcs you have completed

Hi @hacktor_92 apologies for the late response.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the quest 'Malvigr'.

I can confirm that an issue with this quest has been reported where it cannot be completed as players are unable to interrogate the remaining Jotun warrior after defeating the Jotnar. Looking at the images provided it looks as though you have encountered the same issue and you did not complete the quest previously.

Hi @Br1nas I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to craft the Fiery Warsong at the blacksmith and that the broken blades are missing your inventory.

I noticed that the video provided was from March 2022.

Hi @rki99 I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to move in Svartlfheim.

I can confirm that this is a known issue that is being investigated. In the meantime there is a workaround that should help.

Can you try fast travelling to Kara's domain and speak to her. After you have finished speaking to her see if you can move. If you can try fast travelling to another location in Svartlfheim.

Hi @MachoBeard91 as mentioned in the post above by locoporkko, Steinnbjorn is only counted towards a mystery on the map. This is not tracked in the hunters hut and you do not receive the head as a trophy for the longhouse.

Hi @SansUchiha27 I'm sorry to hear that you have defeated Goneril and that you have lost the dagger that from your inventory.

Can you please confirm the following:

  • Did the game crash after you defeated her?
  • Does the icon remain on the map, indicating that she has not been defeated?

Hi everyone,

Just to inform you I have reported this issue to the development team to investigate further as it is unusual that the artifact is spawning in another location other than underneath the water near the waterfall.

If you do experience this issue and are unable to find the artifact at all after the checking the whole area near the waterfall with your Odin sight then please let us know in this thread and provide a video demonstrating the issue.

In the video we would need to see you check the whole area using your Odin sight and show your inventory to show that the artifact hasn't already been collected.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.ย 

Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check ...

I understand that you own the digital version of the game but wanted to play it on another console. Are you using the PSN account that you purchased the game with on the other console that is experiencing this issue or is it a different PSN account?

If it's a different PSN account is your PSN account on that console and is that console set as the primary console?

Hi @mrjordanw10 I can confirm that the mystery 'Drink of the Picts' is working as intended. You can only collect the wheat at night.

I have seen that two other players mentioned a different issue where they could not hand in the ingredients, however the players who reported this did not reply back with a video so the issue was not reported to the development team.
