Hi @d4rk-dr4g0n I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues claiming the Pharaoh of Egypt tattoos.

Customer Support will do their best to reply within 48 hours, however if there is a high volume of contacts then it may take a little longer for which I apologise.

Can you confirm if you have tried claiming the reward via the Ubisoft Connect mobile app or through Ubisoft Connect in-game? If not could you please try this and confirm if it works.

Hi @artemodessa I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the level scaling.

I can confirm that this was a known issue where the level scaling would automatically change when doing the mastery challenges and would stay like that when returning to the game, however this issue should have been resolved with the latest update (1.5.3) that was released. Could you please ensure you have the latest update installed.

Hi @violentmrtino I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the quest 'The Madness of King Charles'. It sounds as though you are stuck on the quest before that called 'Fire and Faith'.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

In the video can you show your quest log screen to show your active quest and then show that you are unable to enter the village.

Hi @omegamanultra I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue.

After completing the 'The Big Finish' you should return to Valka then a dialogue scene should play. After that has ended you should receive a notification 'In Dreams...' has been completed and you should then receive the quest 'Going Deeper' which requires you to collect the plants for the potion.

Do you recall a popup to say you have completed the quest 'In Dreams...'?

As you have collected the plants beforehand this may have somehow caused an issue with the quest triggering.

In the video I would need to see the following:

  • Your alliance map to show that you have completed all regions
  • Your quest log screen showing your available quests
  • The England map to show you have completed all available raids
  • Your inventory showing your current raw materials and supplies
  • Go to each of the farms that are left to upgrade and show how many raw materials and supplies are required

Hi @xbl_laberbacke I understand that this will affect a lot of players and can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. With regards to the fish I fully understand as I have also spent hours searching for the correct breeds and sizes.

The issue has been reported and we are waiting for an update. As soon as I have more information I will update this thread.

Hi @mr_ice231 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues starting the Siege of Paris expansion as you are unable to find Toka.

Can you please check to make sure that you have the Siege of Paris content installed on your console.

If it is installed could you also go to the in-game store then add-ons and check to see if the Siege of Paris is showing as installed.

If the content is showing as installed then could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

In the video we would need to see the following:

  • The Siege of Paris is showing as installed under add-ons in the store

  • Go to the alliance map to show how many regions you have completed

Hi @toxicvap0r2001 I'm sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Valhalla is crashing on launch.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

Hi @dixiedynamite I can confirm there is an issue that has been reported where selling all trinkets also sells trade goods. It's likely you have sold your trinkets and lost the animal goods you previously had which is why it will be showing as 0 owned. You can check your inventory to verify this.

Hi @f4tes1 I can assure you that there are enough Raw materials available to fully upgrade your settlement.

In order to get your settlement to level 6, you will need to complete all of the alliance quests in England, and raid all of the monasteries.
