Hi Vikings!

I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team have confirmed that this issue wherein 'Brudd stops moving and can get stuck in an out of world area in the quest Gift to the God' should be resolved with the release of Title Update 1.5.3! The patch was deployed today, Tuesday, June 28, at 12 pm UTC/GMT, 2 pm CET, 8 am EDT, 5 am PDT, and 10 pm AEST.

Hi @ssd_scgss if you are referring to the Ubisoft Connect reward 'The United Front Bundle' then you will only receive the skins for Lion and Ela in Rainbow Six Extraction, and for Rainbow Six Siege will receive skins for Smoke and Pulse.

Hi @waycallt I can confirm that this issue was reported and investigated, however the development team were unable to reproduce the issue and we did not receive any further contacts from players.

If you are still experiencing this please let me know and I will create a support case for you so that you can send us a copy of your system files and we can forward them on to the development team to investigate further.

Hi @florbar we always recommend that you purchase any additional content or a Season Pass on the same client that you purchased the base game on. This mainly applies to anything purchased via the Steam client.

In this case any DLC purchased on the Ubisoft Store should work. However, if you did experience any issues accessing the DLC I would recommend uninstalling the game if it was downloaded in the Epic launcher and re-download in Ubisoft Connect.

Hi @jc-the-apostate apologies for the late response.

I have created a new thread for you as your issue is different to the issue reported in the previous thread you posted in.

Looking at the video provided I can see you have 500 foreign supplies available and you also have 5 hair cosmetics available which cost 100 each. There is an known issue at the moment where the other two items available in Vagn's shop, the Scythe and the Atgeir weapons will reappear after being purchased. Could you please confirm if you already own those weapons?

I am also sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues reporting to Randvi after having completed east Anglia arc.

As mentioned in the megathread that we had created for this issue, the issue was fixed with update 1.2.1 in May 2021.

So we can look into this for you, could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have the latest update (1.5.2) installed. This can be seen in the main menu screen before loading your save.
  • The quest log screen showing your active quests and then show your completed quests slowly scrolling down the list from top to bottom.

Hi @dasa2337 apologies for the late response.

I am also sorry to hear that your game is crashing during the quest 'Uninvited Guests'.

I can see that we had a previous thread for the same issue in 2020, however we have not received any other reports since then and this is not a known issue.

Do you have any previous saves that you can load and see if the issue persists when you reach that quest again?

If the game crashed for the first time during saving it may have corrupted your save which is why you may experience this issue. Does it always cras...

I am also sorry to hear that one of the mysteries has not completed in Sciropescire.

Could you please make sure you have the latest update (1.5.2) installed and provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video could you show your map and the Sciropescire region. Can you then go into the legends option on the map and filters to make sure nothing has been filtered. Finally can you go into options > Gameplay > Exploration > Exploration Difficulty so we can see which setting you are using.

Thanks for providing another video. So from the first video I can see that you completed 'The Big Finish' quest in Asgard, however when you returned to Ravensthorpe the quest 'In Dreams...' was not marked as completed and the objective had disappeared. At this point 'In Dreams...' should have been marked as completed and you should have received a new quest 'Going Deeper'.

Hi @noobshiliang I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue when trying to take a screenshot with GeForce experience. Can you confirm if you experience the same issue when pressing the F12 key to capture an image through Ubisoft Connect?

Does this also only occur with a certain character or any that is wearing the illustrious effect mask that you mentioned?

Hi @pointlesssharck I'm sorry to hear that For Honor keeps crashing whilst you are playing.

You mentioned that you have already gone through the PC troubleshooting on the Ubisoft Support website.

To investigate the issue further we would require you to submit your system files which you have already done. Customer Support will do their best to reply within 48 hours, however if there is a high volume of contacts it may take a little longer for which I apologise. They will respond to your case as soon as it is possible.
