I have checked and according to the development team this is not an issue and is working as intended.

A settlement pack consists of two parts in the store (tree and decorations) which makes a total of 5 items (1 tree and 4 decorations). Whenever you purchase the tree from the settlement pack (either from Reda or from the property tab in the store), there will be 4 decorations left from the settlement pack, which is basically the last part of the settlement pack. I'm afraid there are no further updates on the issue with duplicate order medallions.

Please note that flagged issues are categorised and prioritised based on frequency, severity, and/or player impact. (E.g. Main quest progression blockers will generally see a higher priority than side content or quality of life issues)

I am also sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with the quest 'Choking the Gallows'.

Can you go through the PC troubleshooting steps in the support article here as there have been known to help resolve issues such as games not launching, crashes, freezing, FPS drops and much more.

Please confirm if these steps help to resolve the issue.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the mystery 'Green Children of Anglia'.

I can confirm that this issue was reported in the past, however the development team were unable to reproduce the issue on update 1.2.2 and we have not received any further reports since.

Please check to make sure you have the latest update installed. If you have and the issue persists can you try loading a previous save before you started the mystery then try again. If that is not possible or does not work then could you provide a video demonstrating the issue and I will report it to the development team.

Hi @hyroptatyr apologies for the late response.

I'm also sorry to hear that you lost access to your cosmetics that you purchased. The cosmetics should be linked to your Ubisoft account.

If you still can't access your cosmetics can you go the in-game store, then click on the owned tab and see if your cosmetics are showing there.

Please let us know if they do not appear in the owned tab or if the issue still persists.

I can confirm that the haptic feedback was disabled in update 1.3.2, however it was enabled again with the latest update 1.4.0.

Please ensure you have the latest update installed and also check that haptic feedback is enabled in the game settings.

I have checked and this error code appears to be related to the consoles system update.

Could you please provide a screenshot of that region to show that the icon for one of the 'Daughters of Lerion' is still showing. Can you also go to that location and see if her body is still there and if it is could you also provide a screenshot to show this.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Xbox Series controller.

You mentioned that the button mapping has gone wrong in all Ubisoft games. Can you confirm which games you have experienced this in and if you are using the default controls in your games or custom controls?

Can you also confirm what the controller issues are in Assassin's Creed Valhalla (which button on your controller performs which action in game)

Have you also checked the controls in the settings to see if the controls match (automatically changed) or if they still show as default controls.
