I am sorry to hear that English language is not available for you in your version of Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

I'm afraid that the available languages for the game vary between versions. The version of the game will depend on the region it was purchased in.

Community rewards are generally pushed to your account once you have reached the target, however in some cases the rewards may be delayed so we always recommend waiting at least 24 hours then check again and if the reward still doesn't appear then it could be added to your account up to 24 hours after the event has ended. I am also sorry to hear that you are unable to pledge to Cent on the alliance map.

So that we can investigate this issue further could you please provide a video demonstrating the issue. In the video could you show the following:

  • Your alliance map to show which regions have been completed
  • Your quest log screen to show your active/available quests
  • Your completed quest log screen to show which quests you have completed (scroll slowly down the list to the bottom)
