Hello MorfCRD,

No updates as of yet, this is still being investigated.

If possible would you and anyone else experiencing this be able to answer the following questions -

- What platform do you play on?
- Does it happen on specific maps in Terrorist Hunt/Training Grounds?
- Do you use WiFi or LAN connection?
- Who is your ISP?
- What is your location?
- What happened prior to the audio issue occurring? (Did you equip a certain weapon? Did you walk a certain way? Did you visit a particular location?)
- Can you describe your audio set-up? (Plugged in the monitor, plugged in the controller, using a home cinema system, set of speakers, etc)

Hi everyone,

Just as an update to this particular issue, the video that was provided was very helpful as was the information.
The Trackmania game team are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix as a top priority.

We will update you as soon as we get any more information, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thanks for contacting us and thank you for reporting these behaviours in the game.

As for your final option, I believe this is intended behaviour, to go with the difficulty of the mode, but I understand where you are coming from with wanting this condition for failure to be communicated better to the player when starting any game on this difficulty mode.

As for the first two behaviours in the missions you reported, are you able to upload any video footage of this happening in the game so that we can investigate further?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for letting us know this issue is affecting you too.

As well as advising you to contact support about this too, could I also ask you the following questions -

- Do you know if you have a strict, open, or moderate nat type?
- When did you notice this first started affecting you?
- What region do you live in?
- What is you IP address if you know it?
- Who is your internet service provider?
- Are you using wired ethernet or WIFI?

Are you also able to upload a screenshot of your port forwarding settings for us to review? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum and sorry to see you are having trouble accessing Uplay.

It may be worth reinstalling Uplay altogether at this point if it is behaving like that.

Are you able to screenshot what is happening or record it on a video clip for us to view?

A similar thing happened recently to another player who waited in the match, then afterwards it reported that the player was banned due to cheating/hacking.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to us with that.

There could be several reasons why you might be experiencing a crash in your game. To get to the bottom of this would you be bale to tell me if you have ever been able to play the game without crashing and has this only started recently?

This could be a performance issue. Are you able to try all of the steps in this article, as they provide some of the more common fixes for crashing problems -

Unfortunately at this time we do not reset players statistics on their account as an option. Some players have tried to temporarily unlink their platform accounts with their Ubisoft account, but I am unsure if they were successful at resetting their stats and I couldn't recommend it in case content was lost in the process.

I understand what you are saying and you do make a fair point about how the game should reward players. As for second accounts, we reserve the right to close multiple accounts and we do not condone the use of these accounts for smurfing reasons and players may get banned if found out. You can read up more about this in our Terms of Service.

The issue you are having may be because of your performance in the game at the moment. Even if your team goes on to win the match, the MMR rewarded is based on your ranking and your performance. For a better explanation please see this in depth article on MMR and the ranking system, here -

Hi everyone,

Sorry to see you are having trouble reloading your save files and progress with medals.

By default, the Trackmania local save game file is located here -
C:\Users\'username'\Documents\Trackmania

Are you able to locate your save here and load it up within the game to see if your progress is restored?

Also, are you able to take not of the last time the file was modified?

Hello Peachiesss,

I can confirm that today there was an issue with players trying to purchase credits in game for Rainbow Six Siege, as it was displaying the incorrect currency so the ability to buy credits was locked temporarily. I believe this issue is now fixed. Can you confirm if you able are to access the store now?

UPDATE:

Hello again SamuelPachechco.

After asking the Anno team about this issue they confirmed that there is no way to play a multiplayer campaign, there is only sandbox mode multiplayer with DLC.

You can probably play a multiplayer campaign mode when used with mods, but Ubisoft doesn't really support that and I am not sure if the DLC would work in this instance either.

As for the DLC activation, after buying and installing the DLC, normally when you load the single player save game, a message will appear asking if you would like to activate the DLC on this save game. Welcome to the forum.

As my colleague Ubi-Karl stated, we have only just introduced our intention to use cross-play and cross--progression in our games, which is why we are asking players if they can link their platform accounts together. Please see this excerpt from the article on our Support site -

Beginning July 28, 2020, any first-party accounts that are currently linked to your Ubisoft account will remain linked to that Ubisoft account, and they will also be established as the reference accounts for cross-play and cross-progression functionality on your Ubisoft account. While you will still be able to UNLINK THESE ACCOUNTS, you must relink the same reference accounts that were originally tied to your Ubisoft account to continue accessing cross-play and cross-progression features.
