Hello everyone,

The error code 2-0x0000D00A means that the connection time with the matchmaking service has been exceeded the connection between you and another player could not be established.

If you consistently get this error code on one day, please check our servers for any degradations or outages here, which covers each platform -

Sorry to see you a few of you are experiencing this error code.

We are not entirely sure what causes this error code at the moment but we have a few workarounds.

Could you please try disconnecting any third party accounts that you do not use very often from you Ubisoft account here -

If you are on XB1, are you able to play the game using another account on your console?

Another fix our players came across was to change your Ubisoft username from our account management site -

Hello denvx. Im sorry these steps did not seem to help you.

You have an excellent ping on your computer, what platform is it are you playing on?

Your internet connection speed seems fine but your connection to our server must be affected. Do you know what data centre you are connected to you can check this if you are a PC player? Also what area do you live in please?

For any issues related to permanent bans, we ask players to contact us through our support channels where we can verify your account and give more information about your ban.

Please note, you can appeal your ban, but please make sure to submit as much information as you can on how it was your friend playing on your account and any evidence you may have, as you can only appeal a ban once. We also ask players to enable 2FA on their account to stop anyone else accessing your account.

Sorry to hear you are all still experiencing issues with audio in the game after the latest update, Shadow Legacy.

Unfortunately a lot of these audio issues still exist after Y5S1 and we are trying our best to investigate with your help as we try to reproduce the same bugs on our side, in order to be able to see what cause them.

Some of our reported issues include inverted audio on headphones, missing audio when droning, using a camera or spectating and missing audio in Training Grounds.

We ask players to help add to our reports on these here, through our R6 Fix website -

I am sorry that you were disconnected and subsequently received an abandonment penalty for your match. Please note that we are unable restore any lost points or remove temporary bans as this is generated automatically by the game.

Did you happen to receive any error message or error code when you were disconnected from the game, or a MMR rollback notification?

Siege will treat all disconnections the same and remove points for the player affected in case this was deliberate, regardless of time spent in the match.

Do these disconnections happen to you a lot?

Hello Lion_Tacos,

In answer to your question, no this is not normal behaviour for the game it usually means there is a corrupted save file, but this is not related to the Shadow Legacy update, but it is a common issue for players.

Just to confirm with you, have you been able to back up your local and cloud save and then delete them completely and try launching the game?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\*uplayid*\635 (Uplay + Epic)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\*uplayid*\1843 (Steam)

The cloud saving feature is automatically activated when you start a game (You can also save your games locally as well by unticking this in the options)

I would also try deleting Uplays cache too if you haven't already, please view this link on how to locate the folder -

Hi there everyone,

I am very sorry to see this has affected you all after the last update.

This was known to be affecting mainly our console players, but we have since been told this has been resolved as of the 17/9/2020 on PS4.

If this is still affecting you please let us know.

I would suggest doing a complete reinstall of the game and all of its additional content, as that has helped some other players having the same issue.

Can you please make sure to try all of these troubleshooting steps for PS4 on Siege including port forwarding if you are able to -

Hello AGupwhy7,

I believe DLC content is not transferable across game launchers.

If you friend wanted to use the Amusements DLC you bought him from Steam, he would have to have own the Anno 1800 base game from Steam as well.

If he bought any DLC from Uplays Ubisoft Store, he could only use it if he bought Anno 1800 from Uplay.

Hope this clears that up for you.
