Could you try the following for me? -

- Go to the Twitch.tv website and click on your profile icon in the upper-right part of the screen
- Go to Settings and then the Connections tab
- Scroll down to the Other Connections section
- Locate Ubisoft Connect and click the Disconnect button. Select Yes to confirm
- Go to https://drops-register.ubi.com/ and ensure you are signed in to the correct Twitch and Ubisoft account
- Click Activate my Account once you have confirmed that the username showing is the username for your desired Ubisoft account

Let me know how you get on!

Sorry this happened to you first of all.

This issue with the map has not been reported to our team.

What PC platform are you playing on? Could you try verifying your game files for me? Then try to play a game on that map again.

Can I also ask if this happens in any certain game modes?

Apologies for the frustration this has caused TinBag4596. Support are unable to lift temporary bans for disconnects as this is handled automatically by the game.

We are working on ways to tackle DDoS and encourage players to report this to us through our social media pages to help us fight it.

What we ask for is -

- Name of the hacking players
- Date and exact time of the match
- A video clip showing any evidence or of players names

From a glance, it might be that your set up just has enough Vram from your Graphics card to manage playing the game, but it wouldn't be ideal the further you got into the game and the more demanding assets it had to load up.

How much physical storage in GB do you have left on your hard drive? The recommended is 60GB.

Are you running any software in the background whilst playing such as overclocking software, anti-virus or game overlays?

What might have happened here, was that the game detected a cheater on your team which is why even with a win, MMR was deducted for everyone on the winning team.

In answer to your questions -

The issues you have said people have reported with the Propaganda of the Deed quest has not been reported to the game team, as no one from what I can see, has provided us with enough information on it through Support.

The issue with the Chartered Company achievement is known to us and regrettably, players are asked to try to reach this again on another save, in order to unlock the reward.
