What are you doing in the game when this happens? Are you able to load a previous auto save and does this sound disappear?

Hi Rfeuk,

Thanks for reporting this. Have you tried altering your games graphics settings and if so does this issue persist?

Also just checking, have you recently updated your drivers? Nvidia released a hotfix recently that patched certain graphical and loading issues in some of our games -

It may be worth downloading and checking out.

I can confirm Hiro_Persephone is correct in stating this DLC has not been released yet, it is due out later this year

Hi there grishmabeli6,

Welcome to the forums. I believe the problem your friends are having, may be because of their location.

Sometimes players living in Halls may have their connection pass through 2 or 3 routers which is called double or triple nat and this can cause connectivity problems when trying to run the game and connect to each other.

Usually people with double/triple nat can talk to their ISP and ask them to completely bypass another router in your set up, so that data only goes through one router improving connectivity and permissions, but I am not sure this would help in your case because Im assuming your internet connection is provided by your College?

Further to what Ubi-Viral and UbiMorning have suggested, if anyone can provide any video footage of this happening this will be very useful.

We would like know if you were ever able to launch and play the game? If so, when did this error happen?

Could anyone experiencing this please submit your system files such as dxdiag and msinfo to help us get a better understanding of this isssue.

For everyone still experiencing this issue -

'Your drivers are out of date' OR 'vkGetPhysicalDeviceMemoryProperties2'

Please make sure your GPU is supported at minimum spec and you have latest drivers.
Here are the system requirements for the game -

To help them with their investigation, please include in your posts -

- What version of Windows are you using?
- What graphics card/video driver are you using?
- Do you have both the game and the Uplay PC Launcher on the same hard drive?

Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update

To update your Graphics first find out what model GPU you have installation and whether you are using AMD or NVIDIA graphics cards.

Just an update, the game team is aware of crashes happening when starting a match.

They are currently looking for more information on this from the forums.
If you are experiencing it, please also contact Ubisoft Support here, and upload your system files -

For now, a work around is lowering your settings and seeing if the crashes persist.

Hi everyone,

Ive merged a lot of threads into this one mega thread about the Vulkan.dll issue you are all experiencing.

For the Vulkan.dll file is missing error and the “vkGetPhysicalDeviceMemoryProperties2 could not be located” message, we advise to please to make sure your GPU card is supported at the minimum systems spec requirements here -

Hi Futurp_

Sorry to hear this did not help.

Can you try verifying the games files in Uplay? This will hopefully download any components that are missing.
Other than that if you perform a quick google search for VCRUNTIME140_1.dll you will find that you can download it. If you try doing this, make sure to restart your computer afterwards, then see if you can launch the game.

Hey thanks for getting back to us with that and sorry it did not help your situation.

My advice after trying the suggested troubleshooting without any improvement, would be to submit a support ticket on our support site and upload your MSINFO and DXDIAG so we can investigate if you have any abnormalities in your set up or anything that may cause issue, so we know if it is coming from our side or yours.
