Hello, thank you for your patience while we awaited for our Division QA team to investigate this issue.

They have had difficulty reproducing this issue on their save file and wanted to ask the following questions to help them continue investigating this >>

  • Is this only happening for the Chainkiller chest piece?
  • What is the user referring to when mentioning: "the new defence set"?
  • Is this happening when changing the chest appearance? If yes, what appearance was applied?
  • Is this issue happening when changing the mods? If yes, what mod was applied?
  • Are you able to record a short video clip of the issue?

Hello @FreddyJS thanks for getting in touch with us, this would be known in the community as the 'join bug' where open loading a TOTD or COTD match, you may get stuck in spectator mode and you may need to restart your game to resolve.

This issue is still under investigation by our Tracklamania team, but we are getting fewer reports of it from players now after the team implemented some fixes in the background to help with this issue.

I will let the team know you have experienced this recently too, can you let me know what game modes this has affected for you other than track of the day and how often each play session?

I understand the current option only allows you to cycle through cameras and not select a specific view. I have forwarded your recent feedback on this to our Trackmania team, thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks for answering my questions there @benbellebillie it looks as though this issue was previously reported for us for Australian users, in particular, they would be placed on other regional servers, usually US West or Asian servers after a short wait in matchmaking, which was due to less AU regional players being online at the time, this was not a bug.

We are aware that some players' skills proficiency/expertise levels may be reset when a player has more than one character and has just unlocked the same skill on another character. This is under investigation by the Division team now.

As far as I am aware we are not offering any compensation for this at the moment, but this would ultimately be the decision of our Division devs. Thank you for opening a support case with us in the meantime, whilst we check your account and progress.

I am sorry to hear you have had trouble connecting to the game every 5 minutes and continue to receive Delta 3 error codes, this is not normal for your computer or the game.

Regretabbly, we do not currently have cross progression or cross play available for PlayStation players.
