Hello again @cow_poke thanks for providing these further videos, I have reported this to our Division team previously but will forward these new videos on as an example of the run and stop female animation too.

I am still waiting for the team to get back to me to let me know if this animation is a bug or is intended by design to differentiate the male and females movement and run animations, but I will do my best to update this thread when they get back to me when they have more info and have had time to recreate this in their game too, thanks again!

I have not come across this issue reported in our Division 2 game, but I know it has been reported for other games and the solution was usually to verify your game files.

I am a little confused as to what trophy it is you are trying to collect, can you let me know the exact name of the trophy?

Just so you know, we have no ability to unlock PSN trophies for players, but if there is an issue with obtaining one, we can definitely document this with our Division team to make them aware.

Hello @Tyranmedic thank you for getting in touch with us and thank you for trying the troubleshooting. We ask players to perform our troubleshooting as the bluescreen errors CE are known as console errors, so there may be a corrupted game file on your console that needs fixing, this is usually done by clearing the cache by power cycling the console and rebuilding the database.

Thank you for that video @F3AR4Alma I will get this sent over to the Division team so they can examine it in detail and see if they can suggest any further steps which may help you.

Can I also ask what is the usual TV you use for your XBSX, that you experienced this on? I know you mentioned an old Alba 720p tv earlier in the thread?

Finally, do you encounter this whilst playing The Summit game mode, or does it affect all areas of the game regardless?

We will make a note of this and check to see if any other players have encountered this. Hopefully, another player may be able to submit a video as a comparison as it is not clear if this is a bug or intended at the moment.

I hope the challenges have reset for you now and your progress is tracked, we know that our Connect challenges were affected across all games recently, but we have since purchased an update to Connect I believe has resolved this. Please let me know if this is not the case for you?

We know we have received some recent reports of this construction site rope bug from other players too, at this exact location > Corner of G St NW and 17th St NW1948 2517

At the moment this is something that is still under investigation by our Division QA team, I will not ask you for a video as we have received enough for our investigations already.

Usually, when a crash occurs straight after a patch or update, it can point to one of the game files not installing correctly or becoming corrupted, which can sometimes happen after an update....

Another player informed us of the high CPU usage they had which is also known to affect FPS issues, but they let us know this returned to normal over the past few days, after a Ubisoft Connect update was installed.
