We aim to respond to all cases opened with our support team within 48 hours, but occasionally this can take a longer amount of time if there is a spike in players contacting us via our live chat, email, Twitter and Facebook platforms., which I can confirm is the case at the moment. Hopefully an agent will be able to reply to you soon and assist, we may need to escalate your case to our Division team afterwards to be able to restore your character.
