Hello @Du-mah sorry to hear you are having issues upgrading certain parts of gear.

In order for us to look into this further, could you let us know the exact names of the gear you are unable to Upgrade and what levels they are?

Are you able to send us a video clip of this happening in-game, as we may need to forward this clip to our QA team for further investigation?

Thanks for the reply @Longstridee I can see you opened a case on the 10th.

Could you please reupload your proof of purchase from the launcher this time make sure it is uncropped and on the full screen showing your username, as we require screenshots like this to be uncropped for proof of purchases.

I believe the next step will be to refund you for these One Time Offer credits, so all I can do is apologize for the wait whilst we get back to you.

Hello @dolpli008 sorry to hear of your recent lower FPS in-game and high CPU usage, but thanks for letting us know what steps you have tried to try and resolve this and improve your performance.

I have a few other suggestions I would like you to try to help resolve this, some of these suggestions may contradict your power plan changes >>

-Check your power options in Windows and set it to High Performance in case of any CPU throttling. Open your Windows Settings, type 'Power Options, select 'Additional Power Settings', then select a High-Performance plan.

Hello @hpoonis2010 thanks for reporting this to us. Are you able to capture a screenshot of this exact vest/chest piece in-game with the yellow title, and a comparison image of the Armadillo without the yellow title?

No worries @Crossaber thanks for at least trying that step. We are hoping to implement a fix in the near future that will patch this NPC's weapon, as well as any other similar texture missing/multicoloured weapons or assets that may be found in the game also.

Thanks for providing your experience of this the_Kettle I am happy to hear this does not affect every player who unlocks this skill on an alt character, it definitely sounds as though there is something more to this issue. We are still awaiting replication of this issue by our QA team and we have made them aware of this thread in the meantime.

We aim to respond to all cases opened with our support team within 48 hours, but occasionally this can take a longer amount of time if there is a spike in players contacting us via our live chat, email, Twitter and Facebook platforms., which I can confirm is the case at the moment. Hopefully an agent will be able to reply to you soon and assist, we may need to escalate your case to our Division team afterwards to be able to restore your character. All I can do is thank you for your patience whilst we look into restoring your character for you.

Hello @OGMuffintop thank you for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear you have been unable to obtain the Curved Grip from the Iron Horse raid bosses. This particular issue has not been reported to us so far that I can see.

Is there any chance you can capture a video on your PS4, where you are completing the end of the raid, then show your inventory with the Curved grip missing but all other parts available? can I also make sure you are completing this raid on normal difficulty as well?

This investigation was put on hold as we were unable to reproduce it on our side and we stopped receiving contacts about this.

If this happened to you recently, are you able to list the steps you took in the mission before you got stuck and where you did get stuck exactly?

Our QA team asked us for a new video to be able to reopen this investigation if you or anyone else are able to provide one on the current TU15?
