If you do wish to edit your game settings file to try and enable Xbox Series X controller support on PC (not supported officially), please make sure to back up your game settings file (or in this case your state.cfg file) onto your desktop before making any changes, in case editing this text may go wrrong, then you can replace this file with your back-up, just in case.

Hello @Haladay thanks for posting, I've moved your issue to its own thread as it differed from the original thread you posted on.

We have a few similar reported issues reported about missing keys, audio logs, or being unable to complete the mission because of stuck enemies that are affecting different manhunts at the moment.

For this Captain Lewis manhunt key issue, which number key are you trying to hand in? When you go to hand said key in, do no audio logs play at all, or do you simply not see the key in your inventory after killing Castillo?

Due to a mistake in the number of Proficiency points gained from kill XP, the Division team have recalculated every player's progress to align which means your expertise levels may have dropped lower. This was something that was implemented at the end of May.

No problem @echolecter thanks for the reply and update, I'm happy to hear the recent Connect update has helped bring this usage down. When a player posts in our player support section we have to assume they are looking for support with an issue and would like help troubleshooting the issue to help find a solution, but if you only wish to give feedback/inform us of an issue you have encountered recently, we thank you for making us aware in case this also affects other players too

Hello everyone, thank you for letting us know you have had trouble handing in Faye Lau's 4th decryption key and receiving the audio log for completion. We have an investigation open into this decryption key issue, I will ask our QA team to look into this issue with the 4th key also.

Hello everyone thanks for your recent feedback on this, we can pass this over to the Division team for sure, to make them aware of your concerns. How long ago was it you noticed that the exotic and gold drops became less frequent for you, do you think? Was this something you noticed recently or after a certain title update?

Hello echolecter thanks for letting me know the CPU usage is running high on your system.

To see if we can resolve this can you please let us know what CPU you are using and how many physical cores it has?

Next, can you try checking your power options in Windows and set it to High Performance >> Open your Windows Settings, type 'Power Options, select 'Additional Power Settings', then select a High-Performance plan.

You can also try creating a new power plan in these options and set your maximum use of your CPU to 90% or another lower value, this can prevent your CPU from running at high usage, and will make your GPU work harder instead when playing the game, putting less strain on the CPU.

We can certainly document this bug with our Division team, but our Division QA team will often ask for a video of said bug to show it happening in the latest version of the game to aid their investigation. This is the same procedure for all our bug reports for all our titles.

Having looked further into this issue, it appears that the Bluescreen LMG's disruptor talent was reported to us previously, but has been marked as fixed in the latest changelog here >>...

Hello everyone, thanks for reporting this issue it appears to be similar to this issue reported here > https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/159088

If you are playing in a party try to get the group leader to hand the key into the NPC. If you are not the party leader, please leave the party, then try handing the key in if you have it in your possession.

Players should no longer be missing the decryption key when resuming their personal progression after doing the decryption missions/manhunts while in a group, the next key you need will then become available on the next manhunt.

Let me know what happens after following these steps exactly? We may need a video clip showing this not working as intended if it appears to be bugged for you for our Division team to look into this further we are currently investigating similar reports for the Captain Lewis Manhunt keys

Thanks for sharing your experience of issues with the Heartbreaker set everyone, these following issues have been added to our 'known issue' list in our News and Announcements section and are being looked into by our Division team now >>

  • Applying dyes on the Heartbreaker gear set will not change the colours of the gear
  • The "Aggressor Kneepads" gear piece is missing its appearance and dye slots

In the meantime, please let us know after a game restart and waiting a few hours between play sessions, if your stats for the disruptions then update later on given enough time to synch progress with our servers?
