Hello everyone, thanks for reporting this issue with the Seafarer pack still being available on the Helix store. We will let the team know and see if there is a possibility we can hide this and other already items from appearing in the Helix store, as I know this issue has appeared a few times for different types of cosmetics and settlement items.

Hello @flou-vintag3 thanks for your question. If you are enquiring about the game's file size as steel_ogre did previously, the game is around 100GB download size for most players I believe, my file size is a little larger as I have the season pass and extra's downloaded too. That file size is through Ubisoft Connect alone, but if you purchased the game through Epic, it should be roughly the same size too, 100GB at the moment.

Hello Grogx94 thanks for getting in touch with us. Sometimes when the horse is called it will run alongside you if you are already in motion or sprinting when you call it, this is to allow you to mount it without losing any speed or coming to a halt, if you stop running the horse should stop galloping away too.

If you call the horse when you are standing still, the horse should arrive at your location and stay put in most instances. If a horse is attacked by an NPC, it may bolt off into the distance as it may be in a spooked state, this is intentional.

Hello chino3515 thanks for getting in touch. Have you been able to visit Randvi and select these locations on the alliance map itself, in your longhouse in Raventhorpe? If you have an alliance quest underway already on a certain area of the map, it may prevent you from selecting other locations and you will need to talk to go and speak to Randvi to change area and take on missions in other areas.

Are you able to upload a video showing us you can not select this area on the alliance map, so we can see this affecting you in-game? PS5 should give you an option to record a clip using the share button on your controller, then your console will ask if you would like to upload this to YouTube or Twitter, where you can then share the URL link with us, for us to be able to view. 

Are you also able to list the exact locations on the map you are unable to visit?

Thanks for sharing this DrengrForLife if you happen to come across any more examples of this in the game as it stands today after several updates, we would be interested in gathering more screenshots from players and what locations you experienced this in, so we can make the ACV team aware of this happening in-game, post-update 1.4.2. Thanks again!

Hello azullFR I wanted to reach out to you about this issue you experienced with this camera view after I saw you commenting on another thread. Our ACV QA team looked into this and tested this but they were unable to reproduce this camera view after several attempts and following your exact reproduction steps.

At the moment, we are on the lookout for more examples from other players affected by this to and reproduction steps, to be able to progress our investigation.

Thanks to everyone for contributing to this thread, and sharing your locations of where you found The Deer NPC in the game. I will mark this thread as resolved for now, as he does in fact spawn in the world but can appear in slightly different nearby locations at random, just as the members of the order sometimes do too, as some of these NPC's do not stand still in one location. Thanks for sharing their whereabouts with others.

Just a follow up to this issue of Opals being collected, but seemingly not being added to the inventory - our QA team advised to resolve this issue, it is best to disconnect from the internet whilst in-game, b restarting your router. This should re-establish your connection to our games servers, where the Opals should be delivered to your inventory after a short delay.

It appears that you have encountered various issues with the game such as connection issues, certain gameplay mechanics like fighting and weapons not working as intended, and the occasional floating asset like grass on the map, which we are aware of. If you would like to make a bug report for any one of these issues, please check our 'reported issues' list first, to see if we already have a thread that mentions a particular issue.

For visual bug and gameplay bugs, we will always ask you for a video that shows the game is fully updated to the recent version as well as showing the bug in action on your save file, this allows us to check if the exact same issue has been reported before, under the exact same circumstances.

Hello lewandowskibf, this should be doable! The game does support cross-progression between platforms by using and uploading your save to the cloud.

Hello davidgarcia03 thanks for getting back to us. In order for us to review these texture issues for you, we would need to see a comparison video.

Are you able to record a short 1-minute video, showing the textures in the standard game, then, travel to Paris as part of the DLC and show us the textures there too, as a comparison?

There isn't any troubleshooting we can give you on PS4, that would potentially fix this, but we can still report this to our ACV team to make them aware of the difference between the two locations.

Hello @javi_dark, I am sorry to see you have had problems trying to launch the game that you purchased via Epic.

To help try and resolve this, can you please run through the following troubleshooting steps, as I have seen this fix similar issues for Epic versions of the game >

1. Navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher cache folder, by default located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache
(Please note that the Ubisoft Connect launcher and Epic launcher must be fully shut down at this point and not running in the background.)

To check if this has been caused by a corrupted file, can you please try verifying your game files, as this can often resolve visual glitches found in-game > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000060529

should this step not work for you, could you let us know if you have changed any settings in-game recently or in your GPU software, to check if it may have had an effect on your game? A screenshot of your in-game settings may help better demonstrate this.
