Thanks for your feedback on this idea everyone, at the moment, the game is not compatible with MnK on console and that is intended.

I will move this thread to our player General Discussion section of the forum, to see if there are other players who would like to contribute to this too and so it can be seen by a larger audience, including our game devs and community team.

Hey crachis207 thanks for your reply. If you do come across any bugs while playing, please let us know in the forum and capture a clip if you can, to help us investigate this.

Thank you for those screenshots @LordxBammTV.

As you currently have several applications open such as Discord, Steam and Chrome, can you please try disabling these and any other programs using a 'clean boot', as running these programs alongside the game may be contributing to extra CPU usage, causing these CPU spikes to happen whilst you also have the game loaded? Thanks for sharing your workaround of using the Xbox game pass on console to renew your access to the game @lamatoz. I will report this method to our Extraction team who are currently working on resolving these renewal issues.

Hey @rizz768 I believe we usually add game statistic information to all our newer titles on Ubisoft Connect, so it may be just a matter of time until this integration is introduced.

In any case, thanks for bringing it to our attention. I have contacted the Connect team about this integration and we will do our best to update you when we have more information.

Hello @llrade, we do have a way of fixing this issue for some players, when they have contacted us with the correct details and we have been able to check their accounts thoroughly. These issues are usually passed onto our Extraction game team to look into after escalating your case.

Hello claud1u111, thank you for your post. Running the game as an administrator and enabling full permission rights of the games .exe file and launcher can resolve a lot of issues including game crashes.

Following this step, should not make your game crash at startup, or there may be something else causing this issue.

If you are having problems with crashes at start-up, please let us know in a new thread and we will do our best to advise.

For now, we will close this thread, as the OP is being advised over a private support case now.

Thanks for sharing this information about that particular driver no longer having updates @imagine_brata

I am afraid if a player does not meet the minimum system requirements, the game may not run at all, or have severe performance issues on your computer. In this situation, the only option left is to really upgrade your GPU to a newer model, workarounds are not guaranteed to help, as the game was found to run best on later GPU models.

Hello @bigmommyazeria thanks for the reply. This is currently not a known issue with the game, I believe you may be the first person to report this.

If you get a message that your catalyst driver has an error, it may be that your Mac is trying to use the integrated GPU instead of its dedicated GPU.

If using a dedicated GPU, please try the following steps to try and resolve this >

- Right-click on an empty space on the desktop and choose the Radeon Settings from the menu if you have the option

Could you help us by explaining further what you believe the issue with this weapon is? >

  • Do you believe the operator is holding the gun incorrectly, or is there a stock you believe missing, or is the issue something else?
  • Have you noticed this issue on any other weapon other than the 222 Commando, or with any other operators?


If you can answer these questions for me, it should help us better report any potential issue to the Extraction team.

Hello @smarmybroom58 thanks for contacting us about this issue.

We have two issues like this under investigation at the moment >

  • Unable to fire or interact with anything, including extraction panel or subzone door
  • Stuck in the airlock between sub-zones, airlock door doesn't open


At the moment, we do not believe it affects any particular operator, it can happen to any. Do either of these situations sound similar to yours, so we can investigate further, or do you believe your issue to be slightly different, as you were able to use melee?

Hello @vader042010 can you confirm if you have completed all of the studies available, as advised by Shaffytoph and 100% in each map, so we can check on your progress?

Do you have any screenshots to show from the game, that show you have completed all studies and maps so far and you are still not level 30, or you are not receiving XP?
