Hello @manolo427 thanks for posting about this mouse issue you have encountered.

Can you tell us what platform you are playing the game on, Xbox Game Pass PC, Ubisoft Connect, or Epic, so we know which platform it may be affecting?

Do you also have any background applications running, that could be causing interference with your mouse controls, such as RGB software or other game launchers? If so, can you please follow this guide to disable these programs from running in the background on the launch of your PC >

Hello A Former User, thanks for getting in touch with us. I have seen a similar issue reported in our Rainbow Six Siege game, but not in our Extraction game.

Are you able to provide a video to show us this bug in action with the mouse disappearing in Extraction, if you are able to capture this? If you are using a Windows 10/11 PC, you should be able to record a clip using the free Xbox Gamebar overlay, using the Windows and G key, then selecting the capture/record option. You can then upload this to a website such as Youtube/Imgur/Twitter and post the URL link to view.

Can I also ask if this mouse issue has existed since you began playing the game, or is it something that has only happened recently to you, so we are aware of how long this has appeared in your game?

TLS security settings can also sometimes be disabled in Windows 7 and 8.1. To ensure that the TLS the game and launcher need are available on your machine, please also update your operating system to its latest version, by installing any outstanding updates, as well as checking these TLS settings are enabled above, as shown in the image, in your Window's Internet Options setting.

Is it possible you can record a clip of this for us, so we can see if we can replicate this under the same circumstances?

Did you notice any lagging issues on the server at this time, rubberbanding players, or major changes in your ping when playing, that might have been network issues causing your grenade launcher actions not to be seen?

Hello there @sebaxsxazo, thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear you have had some trouble trying to make a purchase.

Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for a game, or content, to be delivered digitally from the Ubisoft Store to your game and account. 

During this time you should receive a transaction confirmation email, to the email you have connected to your Ubisoft account. In this email, you will have your order number, date of purchase, price and currency paid.

You may also be able to view your past and present orders, from your 'My Orders page of the Ubisoft Store too >

Thanks for letting us know about this x41x6ex64x79 and glad to hear you have not had any issues with your particular Razer Series X controller.

As Ubi-TheBerry suggested, for backward compatible titles of ours like The Division 2, when playing on next-gen consoles or controller on PC, it is best to use a wired connection when you can for the most stable connection, and remove any dongles or devices you may have attached to the system.

The newer XBSX and PS5 controllers are not officially supported in the system requirements of the game. Though some variations of the controllers may work without issue, this compatibility can not be guaranteed.

Hello EternalJosh, thanks for coming back to us, and letting us know you did not use the transmog system.

Could you please give us the exact name of armor - was it the Modraniht Ceremonial armor or another? Did you purchase it from Norvid twice, by accident?

We know some armor and weapons can be duplicated when upgraded, so we need to ask you these questions to make sure this is not the same issue.

Hey @eternaljosh thanks for posting, could you give us the exact name of challenges you have completed that are not completing for you, so we can see if any other players have the same issue?

If you are doing any of the time-limited challenges, has a full 24 hours passed since you completed the challenge and what platform are you playing on, please? Sometimes there can be up to 24 hours delay for these actions to synchronize on our server and knowing the platform will allow us to see if this is affecting one particular type of platform.

No problem spirantcrayon22, we will keep an eye on the threads to see if there are more examples of any off AI behavior when enemies try to attack Eivor. For now, we can consider this feedback on the enemy's fight mechanics, rather than a bug until we have some more footage to view. Thanks for reporting this.

Thank you very much for this video and for showing us the exact location on the map. Can I ask, do you have any previous save files you can load to check if this mystery glow spot exists in each of your saves, in that exact same spot, to make sure it is not this specific save file that is affected but all save files?
