Thanks for getting back to us wanorios.

The game was released for a previous console, but should now support 60FPS and 4K resolution on next-gen consoles.

As you have already tried our basic troubleshooting issue for this issue, can you please navigate to your XBSX 'General TV and display options' then try changing some of the following settings, one by one, to see if this can improve the performance of the game, or if the issue still occurs afterward, no matter the setting enabled >
 

  • Make sure to use the 2.1 HDMI cable that came with the console if possible
  • Try changing your Resolution to something other than 4K
  • Disable HDR
  • Disable Allow YCC 4:2:2
  • Disable HDMI-CEC


If you can run through each one of these steps one by one, then test the game, it will help us identify any problems on next-gen.

Hello longliverng thanks for getting back to us and sharing your workaround steps, that may help other players too.

Some of these steps are included in our troubleshooting guide such as disabling all background programs other than the game and launcher, to tule our interference and CPU strain caused by other programs as a possible cause.

Programs such as Xbox Game Bar, programs with overlays such as Geforce Experience and Discord, we recommend disabling. We also recommend disabling Afterburner and using your Nvidia or Nvidia control panel to cap your FPS instead, as MSI Afterburner has been known to cause conflicts with some of our games, and as the program is often used for overclocking, we ask players to make sure not to overclock whilst playing the game and stop the software and OC from being enabled, as another thing we can check off, for interference with the performance of the game.

Thanks for that ob1sapprentice, PS4 consoles should give you an option to record a clip using the share button on your controller, then your console will ask if you would like to upload this to YouTube or Twitter, where you can then share the URL link with us, for us to be able to view. 

When you are able to capture each one of the issues you describe, please make a separate thread for each issue, this will help us track each issue separately and report them to The Division team, as well as provide updates or ask follow-up questions, more efficiently. I will close this thread now to encourage the posting of separate threads for each issue. Thank you for your help.

Hello @wolfoldyrradmor thanks for getting in touch. The Gunner specialization is obtainable via the in-game store, if you own the Year 1 Pass, or after completing the field research that becomes available when taking part in the Bank Headquarters mission.

If you have purchased this from the store, you should be able to visit the White House and obtain the specialization from the vendor that lets you equip skill points and SHD Tech points, usually located on the left-hand side.

Have you been able to check the vendor for this specialization?

Hey noxious81 thanks for providing a walkthrough of how to open these crates. @schrims, if you still happen to have this issue after following noxious81's advice, please let us know and record a clip of your exploits so we can see exactly what is happening too?

If you are using a Windows 10/11 PC, you should be able to record a clip using the free Xbox Gamebar overlay, using the Windows and G key, then select the capture/record option. You can then upload this to a website such as Youtube/Imgur/Twitter and post the URL link to view.

Hello LPSv2 thank you for your post.

The Full Mastery Trophy should unlock after unlocking all skill nodes in the base game so far (without DLC). You must make sure the game is fully updated to version 1.5.0 for the trophies to sync.

With every update, more skill nodes and skills can be added to the game, so these new nodes must be attained also. I believe there are currently 535 nodes you must attain for the trophy, in the 1.5.0 version of the game.

When it comes to the Trophies available in the game, these will be disabled for free tiral users. The unlock condition will need to be met again if you choose to purchase the full game at any point, thank you.

Thanks for the update @mrsmithzoo, all of these steps in our PS5 guide can be found on the PlayStation support website. I believe some of the steps can correct corrupted game files or sync issues with games that can sometimes cause in-game bugs like this, much like how verifying your game files on PC can solve a number of problems in games. Hello @schipperke99 thank you for your post. in order to acquire this trophy, you must make sure your game is updated to the latest available update 1.5.0 (released February 2022)

Once you have done this, you will need to unlock all the skills in the skill tree, including any new skills that have been added to the base game, then you can use the mastery points and the trophy/achievement should unlock.

Hello @monoisep sorry to hear you are unable to launch the game.

Can you let me know what platform you purchased the game from, or if you are a game pass subscriber? We know game pass subscribers can have trouble launching the game a second time, if their subscription ran out, then afterward you signed up for game pass a 2nd time?
