Hello @jhammerstrike we have received an update from our Trackmania team regarding this issue.

The team would like to know if you have the "Always show records" option activated in the game? If you do, this might allow you to get the records for the medals and possibly other players back again. Please let us know when you can.

Hello @nox_17 thank you for your question. The 20% discount code after 100 unit redemption can be used on most games and DLC/Season/Year pass content as long as that content has no other discounts or offers applied to it at the time. Hello @youneverknow I am sorry to see you received a ban for a disconnection from the game. This error code is known to us.

If we ever have maintenance, degradation, or outages on our game servers or services, that may affect our player's ability to connect to our games, we will most likely create a temporary notification banner at the time of its event, on our Help website here > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help

Hello @kaaptaany, thank you for your post. The portraits not unlocking after completing an achievement is an actual bug we are looking into at the moment. We hope to fix this in the future with a future update, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused in the meantime!

Hello everyone thanks for getting in touch with us about these crashing issues when using DirectX12.

We understand that some of you expereince this when the game is been idle for some time. would you please specify exactly how long the game is idle for when the game crashes, so we may document this, as we had a previous report into this a while ago?

Hello everyone, thanks for recently posting about the UI issue you experienced with the Docklands and scrolling down the islands list.

Our team have been investigating this and understand that if you have 12 or more islands, you will witness the island's names become cropped. This issue is still being looked into now for a possible fix in a future update, but our teams will always prioritize major bugs first such as progression blocking bugs over others.

We will update you when we know more information to share on this particular UI bug, thank you.

Hello @harm181 can I ask where you bought the pass from, and where you bought the base game from, just so we can check this content is compatible with your version of the game?

Some players have reported signing out of both launchers, closing them, the relaunching allowed the Year Pass to then be accessible, are you able to test this also?

I have also seen your post in the Steam forums just now, thanks for letting us know you were able to resolve this issue by logging out of both Steam and Ubisoft Connect, closing the launcher, then relaunching and logging back in with the correct accounts.

Hey A former User, I am sorry to see you have been unable to link the accounts you had hoped to, due to no longer having access to your old Xbox accounts or old email addresses/

We have these procedures in place to better protect player accounts and also stop the creation of multiple Ubisoft accounts, which breaks our terms of use. We will however pass your feedback onto the team who handle these queries. My apologies, we were unable to assist you this time around resulting in you closing your account.

Are you able to capture a clip that demonstrates you are not receiving particular rewards, so we can ask our Division team to look into this further if necessary? To send us a clip of this happening in-game >

Please press your Xbox controllers share button, which will enable you to capture a clip then upload it straight to YouTube or Twitter. After uploading you should be able to post the URL link to the video in this forum thread for us to view with greater detail...
