We ask players to send us their system files for further investigation when troubleshooting the issue has not been able to help.

Not all of our players will experience this exact issue when launching the game, and for those players that do, this issue might not be caused by the exact same thing. 

System files will allow us to rule out a few possible causes such as corrupted/missing game files, game launcher issues, software, hardware, connection, or Windows conflicts that could be causing these issues.

Thanks for the update @xaw3r_ using a mobile connection will rule out any issues with your normal ISP connection.

Perhaps forwarding your ports on your router will help, it could be caused by a restriction on your connection such as limited data or your ISP may be busier at certain times of the day, or you could have a double or triple NAT issue on your connection. Hopefully, your ISP will be able to recommend a few other things you can try to improve your connection in addition to what we have advised.

Hello everyone, thank you for getting in touch with us about the high CPU usage that you are experiencing when playing the game on Ubisoft Connect and the game itself.
 
If you haven't already done so, I would recommend running through the following steps to try and lower the strain and usage on your CPU when playing the game >
 
-If your computer has been running for a long-time without fully shutting down, please reboot it, to clear any temporary files it may have stored or processes it may be running
 
-Open the Task Manager tool on your PC, and look for any running programs other than the game and game launcher. Close down all of these programs, except the game and game launcher, then 'clean boot' your computer, and restart the game to make sure you free up your CPU usage just for the game >

If you have Rainbow Six Siege purchased on two separate platforms, progress is also shared between all PC platforms, so whatever you have unlocked on the Ubisoft Connect version of the game, will also unlock on Steam, if using the same Ubisoft Account to log in to each game,

The Steam game you redownloaded is already tied to a Ubisoft Account you have. If you see the 'problem authenticating' message, you may be logging in to the game with an incorrect Ubisoft Account.

Can you recreate this exploit each time in-game, and after a game restart, so we know how often you can replicate this?

Are you able to link us to a short 1-minute video clip demonstrating this bug, for us to be able to view also and pass it on to our QA team?

Hello everyone, sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with the Jotun warriors.

Can anyone who experiences this, please link a video clip to this thread so we can see this not taking effect, in the expansion?

Are you also able to list the exact names of weapons and skills you have tried so far to damage these enemies?

-If you are using a Windows 10/11 PC, you should be able to record a clip using the free Xbox Gamebar overlay, using the Windows and G key, then select the capture/record option. You can then upload this to a website such as Youtube/Imgur/Twitter and post the URL link to view.

-Xbox and PlayStation consoles should give you an option to record a clip using the share button on your controller, then your console will ask if you would like to upload this to YouTube or Twitter, where you can then share the URL link with us, for us to be able to view.

If you are unable to send us a video because this occurred on your hardcore character and you do not wish to replicate this issue again, we understand.

Hello @N3mB0t thanks for providing an insight into how the Nemesis marksman rifle handles, I can also confirm the button must be held down to charge the shot and inflict more damage, you can also mark the enemies for greater damage.
