Hello urpwn3d thank you for reporting this potential bug with the Tidal Basin area.

I have not seen this reported in our records before, could you please let me know what difficulty levels you have found this has affected? Can you also please record a short 1-minute video, that shows the NPC's are missing after completing the first area?

If you can provide this information for me, I will be able to report this to our Division QA team to check. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hello urpwn3d thanks for getting in touch with us and reporting this potential bug.

As you have been unable to receive the 'trigger & mechanism exotic component drop' as part of obtaining the Liberty weapon, would you be able to provide a video of your hardcore character completing the section in the Stronghold and Captain Kendra Nelson, we can then pass this onto our Division team to investigate further, thank you.

Hello there debbieperry, thanks for getting in contact with us about the Veil Hunter mask. I can not find any reports of this mask causing issues for players, or any investigation.

Hello @mad_man817 sorry to hear that you have had no audio sound at all in the game lately.

Can you tell me a little bit more about your setup so I can investigate further? >

  • What platform do you play on? PC, console?
  • Do you play with speakers or a particular headset? Are both affected and can you tell me the exact name of the model?
  • Did this occur after the last TU14 update to the game, or more recently?
  • Is The Division 2 the only Ubisoft game affected by no sound for you at the moment?

Just another update from me, the Anno team got back to us on the topic of fish shoals - they confirmed you can indeed use up all of this resource and deplete it permanently, completely.

if you wish to stop farming/fishing the resource and let it replenish instead, the replenishment rate is due to factors such as pollution and your eco balance.

Hello @S8_PurpleHavoc thanks for the reply and sorry to see this affected you game.

As previously mentioned, Ubisoft Support does not have the ability to overturn bans, only the Siege security team is able to do this for permanent bans, not temporary ones.

You mentioned you have tried a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve this, now it has happened multiple times resulting in a 48-hour ban.

Hello @shaddh sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I am happy to hear you were able to avoid an abandon sanction, I am sorry however it came at the cost of a 3 hour wait!

If you are ever stuck in an infinite loading screen again, please try resetting your router, first of all, relaunch the game, then see if you can rejoin the match. If you are unable to connect and do receive an abandonment penalty, it will usually last for 30 minutes for a first-time offence that day.

Hello @onframe1 thanks for getting back to us.

When the game crashes and closes, you should, in theory, have been disconnected from the server as the game was closed.

In general, they both should work the same way. Whether you disconnect or crash out of a game, you should be given the option to rejoin. If you are not given the option to, or you have not reconnected in time before the match ended, you may receive an abandonment penalty for ranked matches.

Hello again @hundreAd1800 I have reached out to our Anno team for further info on shoals, their depletion rate and regeneration rate, for further clarification, as the details I have found on this subject are a little scare. When the team have replied to our query, we will do our best to update you on this mechanic!

As for the feedback on the information provided (or lack thereof) by the fishery, I have passed this onto the team too to consider, thank you for that suggestion.

We had thought this issue had been resolved, so I will reopen our investigation and let our QA team it is still occurring in the game.

The workaround you shared of restocking the ammo was something that players did share with us when this was originally reported.

Hello korofrog, thanks for posting, and welcome to the forums.

In order to start this side mission, you do indeed need to talk to the drone controller in the White House, to be able to accept the next side mission.

First of all please log out of the game and back in, to see if the option to speak to the drone controller is available after you reconnect to our servers.

If you are not receiving the prompt, do you have any other side missions active in other areas you can complete, to check them off your log? Next, are you able to repeat the previous mission at Rayburn House, then go directly to the White House to see if this will prompt the mission for you finally, as a workaround?
