Hi everyone thank you for posting about what patch notes are showing for you in the menu.

I can confirm when I check this in my version of the game, I too have patch note 1.12 as the latest patch notes displayed which mention season 4, a little outdated!

Can you confirm for me what platform you play on and what language your menu interface is in, in case this appears different for other players?

In the meantime, I will report this to our QA team, thank you for your help.

Hello @wickd_5 thank you for posting about your 3080 performance.

To add to what others have posted, I use an Asus 3070 with a Ryzen 7 3800x, if I benchmark at 2K resolution and DX11, I get around 110 FPS so I believe the amount you get with your system set up is fine too.

That being said, I do have a few steps you can try out to see if you can improve your FPS rates a little more, please run through them and let us know if you see much improvement >

Hello everyone, thank you for posting about the missing audio and audio glitches you have found in-game.

We are still reaching out to players for more information on particular missing audio in the game, so thank you for letting us know that side missions are also affected, and for mentioning the Air Museum, True Sons mission.

If possible, are you able to record a video clip showing the missing audio for us?

In regards to the details of the side mission, thank you for showing us this possibly incorrect title for the True Sons Drops - Hyena drops - I will make sure to report this now.

Hello everyone, thanks for reaching out to us about missing dialogue when playing an audio log or found footage.

Thank you for the video as well. Can I ask if you are using any kind of capture card or software that may be limiting certain audio channels?

We found previously players who were using either capture cards or streaming software, had some device and game settings set to stereo, and some set to surround sound 5.1/7.1 and because of this certain dialogue and audio effects could not be heard.

If after checking all your device, game and output settings are configured correctly, you are still missing certain audio dialogue queues in the game, could you please answer the following so we can report this to our QA team >

  • What device do you use and model - speakers/headset?
  • What audio language are you using in the game?
  • What voice lines are you missing - ISAAC, NPCs, audio logs, comms?

Hello everyone, thank you for posting about the 'new projects available' notification that will not disappear.

We have reported this to our Division team and we were able to reproduce this in certain situations. This is something we are looking into and is currently under investigation. When we know more, we will do our best to update you in our forums.

In the meantime, if you would like to help with our investigation, we would like to know the following >

  • Is it a recurring issue? If yes, when did it first start happening?
  • Does the issue occur regardless of the number of projects completed, or did you notice the completion of a certain number of projects that triggered it?
  • Does the notification disappear when changing the language in the settings menu? If so, which language made it dissappear?

Hello @haroldcrick42 thanks for getting in touch and welcome to our Anno 1800 forums.

To help you with this disappearing ornament, are you able to provide an image of it for us of the exact ornament? (The maximum image dimensions you can upload in our forums are 2000x2000 pixels, 2mb max size)

Are there any other ornaments you have trouble selecting, or is it just this one from this pedestrian zone pack?

Are you also able to reload any previous save files, before and after the update to check this, and do all saves not allow you to access this ornament from the menu?

Hello everyone, thank you for posting about these legendary building issues you have witnessed and how the translations may be misleading from different versions of the game, not specifying their use and limitations.

If possible, would someone be able to post a screenshot of the exact buildings/items description in the menu, so that we may feed this back to the Anno team and have them clarify their intended use and availability? Thank you.

Hello @marcoevich thanks for posting about this issue you have encountered, with the flow of your traffic and production.

I have seen this happen in my own game, but it affected a different farm. As a workaround, could you please try deleting your Pig farm and rebuilding in the same spot, to see if this then reroutes the farmer's journey to the nearest warehouse instead? This is the workaround that I used previously.

Thanks for coming back to us @hundread1800 and for sharing your suggestions for some kind of warning message about the depletion of resources.

Another player had a similar issue with fish and fisheries, where they had seemingly disappeared for them on the map. Would you be able to check if you have the game option Production Chain Highlights enabled, if not could you please enable this option, as it may be hiding some of these fish from view!

Hello  Asterix201252, thank you for bringing this issue with fisheries and shoals to our attention, I apologize it has taken us some time to respond after the most recent update on the 16th.

Thank you for sharing how this affected your game when trying to build the fishery and thank you for sharing your workaround, of enabling Production Chain Highlights.

If anyone else should have the exact same issue, please let us know if enabling this option, allows you to see fish and shoals once again?

Hello @robyahou thank you for highlighting this sound issue, that is indeed a most unpleasant nails on chalkboard sound effect. I'm sorry to see it is affecting your game.

To make sure that this sound effect is not related to a missing or corrupted game file, after the game update, would you please use the verify game files tool, in your respective game launcher. This will at least rule this out as a potential cause of this sound.

Hello @katje-katrien thanks for getting in touch with us about your missing DLC.

Can you let us know which Year version you bought of the game, is it Year 1, 2, or 3?

Earlier year versions of the game will only contain some of the DLC content, whilst the latest year version 3, will contain all DLC included in the Anno season passes.
