If the whole lobby didn't disconnect for you, then we will need to troubleshoot this for you personally, as you are experiencing a separate issue to the one under investigation.

Whilst we can not remove this sanction, we are looking into the recent incidents where this has affected player.

Hello @r0bbl thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you experienced this recently.

Can you please tell me if you encountered a lag spike, before you were disconnected from the game?

Were you the only player to be affected, or did this affect other players in your match and they also were disconnected and received a penalty?

Were any particular error codes or messages are shown on screen when this happened? This will allow us to check for any patterns in players who may have been affected on the same date.

Hopefully, this was a one-time event but if you are still having trouble with your connection please let us know so we can investigate further.

To help resolve this specific issue with BattlEye, I would advise trying the following >
 
1. Please make sure Windows has installed its latest updates on your PC, so that your security certificates are up to date. You can check for any pending Windows Updates by navigating to >
Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
 
2. Next, please run BattleEye with administrator rights so you give the program full permission to launch. It may appear as BEService or BEService_x64 in your system files and can usually be found in the game's installation folder, or in this location >
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye
 
- Find the BEService or BEService_x64 application file and right-click on it
- Select Properties
- Select the Compatibility tab
- Check the "Run this program as an administrator" option
- Select Apply then Ok

I have checked our server information for this date and can not see any issues reported such as degradation or outages.

Can you please tell me if you encounter a lag spike before you were disconnected from the game?

Were you the only player to be affected, or did this affect other players in your match and they also were disconnected and received a penalty?

I apologize if you received a temporary ban around this time for disconnecting, we are unable to remove temporary bans or restore MMR, for any player.

I apologize f you received a temporary ban around this time for disconnecting, we are unable to remove temporary bans, and the time penalty given will differ for each player, depending on how many disconnections they have experienced in a short time, or if they were reported for other things by other players.

If you expereince this exact error code often, please let us know so that we may ask you a few follow up questions.

Hello glitchmaster317 thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry to see you received an abandon sanction for 1 hour due to disconnection after the game crashed. If you are playing placement matches when this happens, I am afraid it will count as an abandoned match and this will have an effect on your placement, as one incomplete match, my apologies.

If you continue to experience crashes in-game, please let us know and tell us what happens when the game crashes, if you witness any error message when the game crashes or when you return, or any other details you may think relevant?
