Our bans are applied to accounts by our Siege security team, using player reports, cheat detection software and other means.

A ban can be appealed once if you believe it was incorrect given. We will check the details of your ban and your account data further, but all decisions are final.

If you are unhappy about a ban appeal, please note we are unable to go into detail about why this ban was applied.
The actions that can lead to a permanent ban include, but are not limited to >
 
- Toxicity
- Cheating or using an unfair advantage
- Illegal behaviour/activity 
- Account buying/selling

Hello ovelhaeletrica welcome to the forums and sorry we missed your post.

I can see on your account you have been granted to the test server. Please note, the test server is not available all year round, but usually before the release of a new season.

The test server version of the game will appear in your Ubisoft Connect library when live. When the test server is not live, the game will not appear in your library and disappear.

For each version of the test server that is released, you may need to reinstall it again, as they are usually separate builds to the last test server game version.

Hello executioner1324, I apologize that we missed your post. Should you encounter any issues connecting to the test server or see any error messages such as “Ubisoft services are unavailable” this means that the player slots for the test server are all filled, as we need to limit the number of players that can access this game mode, whilst we test its functionality.

Hello @tehagoeasy1 thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about your mic not being recognized in-game on PC.

I have a few steps I would like you to run through, to rule out any possible causes >
 
1. First of all can you try lowering the game's Voice Chat Record Threshold' in the games audio settings to zero, this should allow the mic to be picked up with the slightest sound.
 
2. Next try changing the audio settings in game from push to talk, to open, and experiment with the two.
 
3. Could you next try changing the display options in-game to run in borderless window and then full-screen mode as this has been known to help with audio issues

Thanks for that extra info @croken717 it is very helpful. It does sound as though you could have been connected to another server, do you play in a full squad with your friends, when this usually happens, and are they located in different states?

As you are unable to tell what server you are connected to on console because it does not show in the menu, here are some of the ones you may be connected to as a US player > East US, central US, south-central US, west US, Brazil south

Sorry to hear it affects all outputs, but thank you for the follow-up @pollo_nauta2000 the video you made illustrates this issue perfectly, thank you very much for recording this for us.

We have updated our investigation with this info about affecting all outputs, when we hear back from our QA team, or should we need to ask anything more, we will do our best to get back to you in the forum. I hope we can resolve this soon for our PS5 players.

Hello @og_saltynuts sorry to hear about your ADS issues.

Are you able to upload a picture of your settings in-game such as sensitivity?

Do you use your controller with a Bluetooth connection? Have you tried connecting the controller with a wire and testing if this issue still occurs?

Do you have any external USB connectors plugged into your PS4 such as a dongle or charger, that might be interfering with your controls?

Finally, how many times does this affect you in a match, say out of 5 matches played? How many times do you encounter this?

I have passed this information onto our QA team to look into.

It is interesting to see both you and SpacedDuck have the same model of monitor. Is your exact model named > Samsung Odyssey G9 G95T QLED, a Neo G9 DQHD, or other?

The reason I ask, is not everyone who uses a 32:9 aspect ratio has the black bar issue, so finding the exact model this affects is useful to us.

Can I also check, does the black bars only happen when in the menus for everyone, or does this also happen in-game?

What kind of way are you killing the opponent, weapon, gadget, throwable?
The game does not count injuring the opponent, it will only count your assists if you kill the opponent, after he was already injured and down.

If you have any video clips you can send us of where you may have been denied an assist, this will help us to investigate further,

Hello Varthian, thank you for your post.

As I have no view of the full match, I can only assume that perhaps you injured this teammate previously, but another player killed them, the game actually kicked you, as it considered you contributed to the death of a teammate.

Do you have the full round or this event you can upload to a video hosting website such as Youtube or Imur from your match reply, so we can view the clip at length?

Thank you for the update friend and letting us know the Skyline Tower quest does not trigger for you yet.

As you are using the updated version of the game, I would recommend switching off any mods you may still have active, till we can resolve this quest line for you.

The Skyline Tower monument should be buildable in four stages >

Foundations (construction)
Superstructure
Glazing
