Hello @oirwin thanks for reaching out to us.

We have not had any issues that I can see reported so far for this particular tomb, for the object pad.

First thing I would like you to try, if you are not doing so already, can you change the games graphical presets to High in the menu? As using a lower preset was known to interfere with the puzzle and cause objects to be hard to see.

Secondly, are you able to record a short clip on your Xbox or phone, showing how you can not interact on your main save?

Hello @Joojooba thank you for your post about this achievement issue.

I can confirm that this issue was known to us after the last update and regretabbly, this is not something we are able to fix, we do not have the ability to retroactively reset these achievements for the other DLC's back to an unattained status.

Hello @RektInPeace420 thanks for letting us know you encountered this spawn/join bug that causes you to reset the game. This issue has been under investigation for some time and was considered to be related to packet loss.

We have let the team know there has been a new recent report into this, for now, we can only advise you close your game when this happens, reset your router, then relaunch the game.

Hello @sokol-tm thank you for your post. The vibration and rumble features found in some racing games when using an Xbox, Playstation or Xinput controllers, do not currently work in the game, though the option for 'rumble intensity' is present in the options menu.

The desire to have this added to the game has been passed into our team previously, I will reach out to ask if this is something that they are considering for a future update, thank you for bringing this to our attention again.

The error code 4-0xFFF0BE2B is known to us and has been under investigation for a possible cause. Thank you for submitting your system files for investigation, I can see that they have been passed onto the Extraction team.

Can you confirm if you have also recently experienced this in Siege, every time you have tried to connect to the game?

If so, I would recommend commenting on your case again, to explain how this is also affecting your installation of Siege, in every game, if that is what is affecting you ...

Hello @odarkw0lf thank you for getting in touch with us about your friends crashing issues.

If the game found corrupted or missing files during a verify game check, this check should replace the corrupted files and resolve the crashing issue. Corrupted files can be caused by a recent game update being interrupted, the files did not download correctly, causing crashing issues.

If verifying the game files does not help, I would recommend reinstalling the entire game again, possibly onto another hard drive if possible, to check if it is related to its installation ...

Whilst I will make sure this is reported to the team for in-match overlays in Siege, could you please check if the overlay works correctly when mapped to the default Steam keys of SHIFT + TAB, so that we can see if this only affects the in-match overlay, when the keys have been remapped to others?

When did you first notice this affected the game? Was it after a certain update, or has this problem lasted for you throughout your play of the game?

Have you played any global events that may have applied any modifiers/challenges to your character temporarily preventing you from changing skills?

Do you have any more skills you can unlock from the quartermaster by visiting them again?

Are you able to check your Nvidia Geforce Experience app and tell me what driver update you are currently using?

Do you have a screenshot you can share with us of your in-game settings so we can see if we can replicate this? A recent screenshot or video clip of the same effect would be helpful too, does this disappear for you when moving the character around, or does this appear permanently for you?
