Hello @sfgiant643 thanks for getting in touch with us about this bug you have encountered.

Could you tell me the name of this quest as I can not currently find any previous reports on this issue? Is the quest itself called Skari the Poet, or is it named something else entirely?

Are you able to upload a video clip of this bug, to a video hosting website such as Imgur or Youtube, then send us its URL link to view it, please?

PlayStation should give you an option to record a clip and share it to YouTube.

Can I just check if the quest you refer to actually called A Cruel Destiny? As I am unaware of the Cruel Fate name. Can I also ask what you are doing in this quest when it crashes for you each time?

If the crashes do continue for you, please send us your dxdiag and msinfo system files to us, via a support case, so we can check for any patterns and make the AC team aware of this > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/contact

Letting us know of all the troubleshooting you have tried up until this point in your case, will be a big benefit.

Hello @throwinsauce63 sorry to hear about the clipping issues you have experienced with this world event, we are aware that the NPC can disappear completely, but this is the first time I have heard of him clipping into the wall.

If possible, would you be able to provide the following details to help us try to resolve this issue? -
 
Q1. Please let us know if your latest save file has been added to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it). If you can do this for us, we will be able to use your save files for our investigation
 
Q2. Are you able to capture a video that demonstrates the location of this NPC and how you are unable to interact with them, then upload to a website such as Youtube or Imgur and the like, for us to v...

Hello @melliemedusa thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Are you able to provide an image or video clip of you in-game, in the location of the fly agaric, that shows you have obtained this mystery but and all others though it has not completed for you in the menu?

If you can upload a video or screenshot to the likes of Imgur or Youtube or another website and pop a link in this forum, we should be able to report this to the team, as I believe this has yet to be reported, as it seems we previously missed LopsidedGrub725 post.

It appears there may be some compatibility issues with the Easy Anti-Cheat and your system if you see this exact message.
 
The issue may be caused based on the following factors >
 
• Is your current Anti-virus compatible?
• Is your Windows OS currently supported with the software and is it updated?
• You may need to verify your games files for any corrupt installation files, this can happen if an update was interrupted
• Please use Task Manager to close down any programs you may have running in the background other than the game
• If using game capture software, please make sure it is compatible with the Anti Cheat software

Hello @sibus-22 I have an update from our game team, they were not able to recreate this issue on a PS5 controller when using multiple Operators and multiple weapons.

Are you able to send us a video clip or photo of your in-game controller and sensitivity settings by any chance, so we can match them, then test this again?

Hello Segelflugpilot just to confirm what has been said, this is not a bug but intentional. You will receive this quest when taking part in the World Fair Exhibitions.

The rewards are randomized and the Lungnibbel Ring that you can be rewarded with, is just one of the tier 8, ​'​​​​​​Mythical Artifacts' that you can get as part of this exhibition quest.
