Can you please try logging out of the Ubisoft Connect launcher altogether, then log back in again to see if it will restart your download?

We will wait to see if any other players are affected by this and can provide a video clip and their sav file, of how the harbor districts are not functioning for Trewlaney missions, before we can report on this further.

Would you be able to list any items that you own or have constructed in your play through, that you believe should show in that filter under 'fish'?

Can I also as have you tried any other filtering words for other types of production, or does it only appear related to fisheries and fishing for now?

Hey Harry, just a quick update to this issue you reported with the moving of the coffee building.

Our QA investigated this issue and they found it will only appear if a player does not have permits for building another Advanced Coffee Roaster as you had previously mentioned, but also the Advanced Rum Distillery and Advanced Cotton Mill.

Although the info tip appears about wasted resources, no resources are actually used. Our team are still investigating a possible fix now, thanks again for the report.

Hey asterix201252 thank you for pointing this out,

It does appear to be a typo, I believe it should have read 'Residences with the Department Store, Furniture Store, or Drug Store with needs fulfilled...'

I think it is working as intended, as it would make sense for a drug store to have chewing gum, furniture store > billiard tables, and department store > violins

I will forward this to our Anno team to take a look at to get confirmation and suggest rewording the description, thanks for your help!

Your case number is 15418278. If you can upload your save file to that case, that would be fab. I believe the limitation is 5mb, so you may or may not need to zip the file. Once you have uploaded it, please let me know back in the forum and I will pass this on to our Anno QA team.

Hello DasCapitolin, thank you for the video clips.

Though this issue was reported some time ago, our Anno QA team was never able to reproduce this issue. Without being able to reproduce the issue in the first ourselves, it makes it difficult for us to see what will actually fix it.

I understand it can be disappointing when a glitched quest can affect your campaign enjoyment and has existed for some time.

Now we have more information in the form of save files and video clips, our Anno QA team will be able to take a look at this quest again and reopen the investigation with your help.

Thanks for the update on this @menacingd, I am happy to hear this has resolved itself for you after an update.

I do not believe we have had an ongoing investigation into this specific issue, but should anyone have any video clips showing this fertility display is not shown on new islands, please do let us know in the thread.

For any visual bugs like this, I would always recommend verifying your game files first to see if this can resolve the issue, as this is a known fix for any missing UI or text in our games.

I have created an investigation into this issue for our Siege QA team to take a look at.

I have a feeling they may ask me to retrieve your in-game control set up, in the form of a screenshot of your controller settings and sensitivity settings, from the in-game menu.
