Sorry to hear you don't have any English audio or subtitles at the moment.

Would you be able to share a screenshot of your in-game audio settings with us so that we can take a closer look? Are you also able to provide an image showing any language packs that have already been downloaded/installed on your console please?

Your download for this language pack might have been interrupted, or it may be a regional issue depending on which region the game was purchased in.

Sorry to hear you're unable to see these last 4 artifacts in Sciropescire.

Would you be able to upload a screenshot of showing that you have 4 artifacts remaining to be found, and your map with the markers missing? Would you also be able to show us the treasure hunt already collected and the missing black marker on your map too? We'd like to get this information passed along to the game team for a closer look.

Hello there!

Sorry to hear that some NPCs needed for the DLC are dead. Could you let us know if you killed these NPCs or if they were found this way?

I'd recommend verifying the games files, to fix any corrupt or missing files that could be causing this issue.

Could you also let us know if you're aware of the location of these NPCs, and if you'd be able to capture a screenshot of them?

• Creating a manual save before ending your session.

In regards to Eivor being drunk when loading the game, this is something the team are aware of and we're looking to gather more information to aid in the investigation. Could you please let us know if your most recent save has been uploaded to the cloud? We'd like to add this to our report!
