Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for giving such a detailed report.

Would it be possible to obtain an image from the PS4, of one of the affected trophies? Would you then be able to share a screenshot of this same trophy on PS5? We'd like to pass these images on to the game team for further investigation.

You can upload these images to a file sharing site such as Google drive, and share the link in your reply to forward these on to us.

Would you please be able to let us know some details, so that we can best advise how to avoid this in future? When this crash occurred, were you:

  • Disconnected and taken to the main menu?
  • Disconnected and then sent to your PC desktop?
  • Frozen and unable to interact with the game, before then being disconnected?

Thanks for confirming this was in quick matches.

Would you be able to confirm if manually syncing your trophies has any impact at all? From the home screen select Trophies and press the OPTIONS button > Sync With PlayStation Network.

Please let us know if the trophy still fails to pop after trying this.

Glad to hear that verifying the files seems to have fixed the issue with the panorama effect on new skyscrapers.
