Would you be able to tell us if you usually launch the game through Ubisoft Connect? If so, are you able to launch the game at all through Steam or are you always prompted for 'activation'?

Sorry to hear that your PC has been shutting off occasionally. Glad to see that setting your FPS limit to 144 has appeared to make a difference for you.

I understand that at the time of writing, this 2 day abandon sanction would be lifted. Please keep in mind that Ubisoft Support has no ability to overturn a ban placed on your account, and players must wait the specified amount of time.

Sorry to hear about this sudden drop in FPS as soon as you start moving in game.

Could you take a look at our performance guide for R6S here and follow the steps provided. This should help with any common performance issues, or help to narrow down where the issue might lie. Please be advised we can only offer limited support for any of our games running on laptop devices.
