Sorry to hear that you've been seeing this message when trying to purchase premium credits.
Would you please be able to let us know the following, so that we may pass this information on to the game team for further investigation:

  • Which region are you playing in / which store are you connecting to?
  • Are you using a VPN at all?
  • Have you encountered this issue before or were you able to purchase credits normally prior to this occurrence?

Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble locating these enemies in mission 4.

These enemies should be behind a beachable wall in the garage. The AI is supposed to breach through that wall however there may be a chance that they're stuck. Could you try looking here and let us know if this is the case?
