Similar issues to this have been reported to be fixed. Would you be able to tell us if your game is fully updated at the moment?
If your game is up to date, are you also able to reproduce this issue after starting a new save?

This sounds like unusual behaviour. Would you be able to let is know if this started happening recently or if you've always found that the undo button removes all custom blocks placed?

Can you also tell us if this happens with all custom blocks, or with multiple instances of the same custom block?

Just for confirmation, could you let us know when you're being prompted for a password? Is this at launch?

Can we also check what login details are being asked for? Are you being asked to login with an anno-online account specifically or is it requesting a Ubisoft Connect login?

There have been similar reports previously, and this may be tied to certain Nvidia control panel settings. Would you be able to tell us if you're using the Nvidia control panel at all?

Thanks for this post, sorry to hear you're seeing cargo remain on the ship, and subsequently blocking other goods from being loaded.

Would you be able to let us know if you're using any mods at the moment? Some players have reported a similar issue in the past, and certain mods may interfere with how the ship is loaded.
