Apologies for the delayed response here, as this may no longer be possible, but you're welcome to submit a video of this issue to us.

If you're able to capture a clip of carts registering for the reward before reaching them, we'll gladly forward this to the game team for investigation. You can upload this clip to a video/file sharing site like YouTube or Google Drive, and post the link in your reply to share the video with us.

Sorry to hear you're seeing this issue with your missing dlc at the moment. It's unusual that they would show in an earlier save and not the one your progress is on.

Would you be able to ensure your save is available on the cloud so that we can pass this along to the game team for further investigation? To do this:
• Create a manual save before ending your session.
Wait a minute or two after the save animation has finished.
• Open the Main menu and choose Quit to Title Screen.
• Choose Load Game
• Check if the save you just created has a cloud icon next to the play time.

Sorry to hear you're still having this issue. Would you be able to let us know if you were able to try the following suggested workaround:

if you kill the last 3 guards first and round back to kill the 2 above the entrance to the last building it lets you finish and doesnt spawn the guys out in the field.


If this still does not help you to receive gold, could you please let us know so we can forward this information onto the team?
