Thank you for taking the time to post this issue to the forums. This is actually a known bug and our game team are currently looking into it.

Would you be able to make sure that the save file affected is uploaded to your cloud saves? Our AC Valhalla team are using these save files to help with their investigation.

Glad to hear that the crashes have become less common, however if you happen to notice any patterns in the crashing going forward please let us know.

Were you able to check if Eivor was still spawning in a drunken state when loading?

In order for us to resolve this, would you be able to provide the following information please:

  • Which Limited Edition version of the game was purchased? Gold, Deluxe or Ultimate edition?
  • Which content you are missing? For example the The Legend of Beowulf or Berserker Settlement Pack etc.
  • Your PSN username
  • Your country + region of the game disc

For the issue with not being able to react to the NPC, this information has been passed onto the team for further investigation.

In regards to Eivor teleporting/glitching into the sky, this is also a known issue. We'll also forward on this screenshot to help with the problem.

Sorry to hear you've been having these issues with ANNO 1800. In regards to not being able to zoom, do you find that the zoom speed/range is lower or are you unable to zoom at all?

For the missing save, are you able to confirm the game has been started whilst logged in to the correct Ubisoft account? If this is the case, would you also be able to check that the save games are being saved locally, and not to an online storage service such as OneDrive?

Hello there,

The notes suggesting the issue has been fixed will now regrettably be out of date. The development team have confirmed that trees are working as intended.
The design of manually planted trees was changed: Players are not allowed to build trees on neighbor tiles of some buildings anymore and the lumberjacks also should not use these tiles anymore.

Apologies for any disappointment this may cause. If the trees behavior changes in any way from what is noted here, please let us know.
