Sorry to hear you appear to be missing a project in Downtown West. Thank you for letting us know that your project menu is showing this new project too.

Could you follow our guide on PC troubleshooting here so we can first rule out some common issues that can cause this sort of bug?

Once this has been done, if the issue persists, Would you be able to send us a clip showing your projects menu? Could you also ensure you're saves are up to date and synced to the cloud?

Thanks for forwarding those screenshots to us, however the game team request a video recording as it's much easier for them to use when investigating any issues.

If you'd like to access recordings of your matches from R6S you can head to the dedicated match replay folder within the game files.

Ubisoft Connect:
Ubisoft Game launcher\Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege\MatchReplay

Steam:
Steam Library\Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege\MatchReplay

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, sorry to hear you experienced this when playing R6S.

Reporting players via the in-game function is the best option as this goes straight to the game team, so thank you for doing that!

In regards to player reports, Ubisoft is unable to share the outcome of an investigation with anyone other than the reported player.

Sorry to hear you're seeing 'unknown command' when you try to chat.

Could I just confirm if you are pressing enter to open up chat, or '/'? Pressing '/' to open the chatbox, means chat is expecting a valid command, and you won't be able to send normal messages this way.
