It could be as a result of a corrupt installation, have you tried a fresh install? If not I would recommend giving this a try. If you have and the issue has continued to persist please let us know.

Hey there.

If this is something you're able to accurately reproduce would you be able to provide us with a video demonstrating this we could take a look at and pass on to the team? This was previously investigated by the team but at the time it wasn't something they were able to reproduce on their end.

Hey there.

If you have attempted the following steps below and the issue persists would you be able to link us to a video demonstrating this please? This workaround does resolve the issue for most players but if it's not working for you we'll need to report this to the team.

- From the PS5 home screen, highlight the tile for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla
- Scroll to Add-ons and select a pack
- Click "Free" on the PSN Store to redeem the pack and install it
