You can only be matched with the available players who are logged in and queued at the time you search. If you're finding yourself matched with players outside of your MMR quickly, as you've stated within 20-30 seconds, it's likely because there aren't a great deal of players at your level in your region playing at the time. The matchmaking system will always try to match you with other players as close to you both in terms of region, renown and MMR as possible, you can read more about how the system works ...

The first thing I would suggest is to attempt each step suggested here. I'm sure you have attempted some of these already but we need to confirm these steps have been completed first. These steps are known to resolve most of the common causes of crashing/freezing.

Based on your description that sounds like a connectivity issue. What is your current download/upload speed and are you connected through broadband or 4/5G?
I would recommend if you haven't already done so to perform all of the steps of our connectivity troubleshooting for Xbox here.

Thanks for providing those for us.
Are you playing with the latest version of the game? These were known issues but they were resolved quite some time ago it seems and we have not received many reports of them still occurring. It's possible though the issues could have returned.
Can I also ask you to ensure your latest save where this is occurring to the cloud? We'd like to attach your save along with the videos you've provided to the team. Once you've confirmed this for us we'll send this on to them.
