Just a heads up but in future if possible if you can create a new thread with your issue it would be greatly appreciated. You're experiencing a connection issue and the OP is experiencing an issue with crashing so it's just to try and keep forum threads on one specific topic if we can, thanks!

Hey there.

Based on your description that sounds like a connectivity issue. What is your current download/upload speed and are you connected through broadband or 4/5G?

I would recommend if you haven't already done so to perform all of the steps of our connectivity troubleshooting for Xbox here.

Sorry to hear about this.

Unfortunately temporary abandon sanctions are implemented server side so these aren't something we can adjust. However if you are experiencing regular connectivity issues please let us know and we'll do our best to try and help to mitigate or resolve these issues as much as we possibly can.

Is this is a regular problem for you or was it just this one occasion? Unfortunately temporary sanctions are issued server side so it's not something we're able to adjust retrroactively so we do apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result.

Thanks for providing those for us.

Are you playing with the latest version of the game? These were known issues but they were resolved quite some time ago it seems and we have not received many reports of them still occurring. It's possible though the issues could have returned.

Can I also ask you to ensure your latest save where this is occurring to the cloud? We'd like to attach your save along with the videos you've provided to the team. Once you've confirmed this for us we'll send this on to them.
