Are you playing with the latest version of the game? These were known issues but they were resolved quite some time ago it seems and we have not received many reports of them still occurring. It's possible though the issues could have returned.
Can I also ask you to ensure your latest save where this is occurring to the cloud? We'd like to attach your save along with the videos you've provided to the team. Once you've confirmed this for us we'll send this on to them.
