First of all I am really sorry to hear about the situation with the edition of the game. Taking into consideration everything you've mentioned above including your conversation with the Epic Games Store support,  It may be that the regional version of the game that you own includes the Russian language only , in which case you'll unfortunately not be able to select other languages in-game to use.

Could you please let us know the platform you are playing on and and which steps you have already taken to remedy this issue?
You also mentioned you receive the connectivity errors every time you play, therefore would be nice if you can send us the additional information regarding these errors? You can take a screenshot of the error and share with us on this thread or simply send us the error codes you are receiving.

My apologies for not getting back to you sooner. You may record the video and upload it on any hosting of your choice (YouTube or any other) and share the videolink with us in this thread so we can have a closer look.
In addition, if you would like to attach the screenshots, please bear in mind that they can be a maximum of 2,000 pixels in length, 2,000 pixels in height, or 2MB in filesize. Alternatively, they can be uploaded to any other website of your choice, and a link sent to us here.
