First of all, I am sorry to hear that you can not proceed with the quest because Eivor can't move.

Could you please answer the following questions for me:

  • Where is Eivor, on the map?
  • Is the map available? If so, can you fast travel? 
  • Can you load a previous save? Does it help? 
  • Could you please provide a short video showing that you can't move and displaying that you are on the latest version of the game?

First of all I am sorry to hear about your crashes and it is good to know you have determined the reason of the issue and fixed it.
Improve me if I am wrong but sound like you performed the clean boot and determined that the Radeon Super Resolution caused crashes in game. Usually we suggest to disable background aps as one of the initial steps of the technical troubleshooting. Then you can determine which startup application or service is causing the problem by systematically turning them on or off and restarting the computer.

Hello @Azhrei21 and thanks for getting back to us. First of all, I am happy to hear that the issue was fixed. CE-34878-0 is a console error that indicated a game crash, so possibly all the PS4 troubleshooting steps that you completed before helped in this case.

Answering your question about High Elf set, we would like to inform you that the development team is starting to revamp the Store and have removed a few Themes that used to be available for purchase either individually or via Packs.

First of all, welcome to Discussions. I am sorry to hear about your issue with the aspect ratio. You've said you've tried the Cutscene fix but it did not solve the issue. Was it the one from reddit?

We would like to have a closer look, therefore could you please send us the screenshots of your game settings, the game version and show what happens when you select 32:9? Note that they can be a maximum of 2,000 pixels in length, 2,000 pixels in height, or 2MB in filesize. Alternatively, they can be uploaded to any other website of your choice, and a link sent to us here on the forum thread.

Yes, that applies for the standalone expansion and DLC and visa versa.

Generally, we strongly recommend that players buy games and extra content for the game (such as Season Pass or DLCs) from the same digital store to ensure compatibility. 
In most cases, players will run into compatibility issues if they buy the game from Steam or from the Epic Games Launcher and the Season Pass (or any other additional content) from the Ubisoft Store.
