Sorry to hear  that you can not start the next quest after defeating Malvigr.
Would you mind providing us with screenshots of your current quest log for the mission you're on? Note that they can be a maximum of 2,000 pixels in length, 2,000 pixels in height, or 2MB in filesize. Hello everyone, hope this update finds you well.

Our development team confirmed that the reported behavior was also reproduced on their end. The download button doesn't have any effect when is pressed.
As a workaround you can use the "Right click > save as..." function although the quality might be decreased.

We've received reports of players who are experiencing crashes during the cutscenes in the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion. Sorry to hear that the basic troubleshooting did not solve the issue.
 
The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it. Once additional information becomes available, it will be posted in the game's official forum ...

Hello, I am sorry to hear you are experiencing "Animus error: Saving progress disabled". As far as I understand you lost 33 hours of progress and can't fast travel.

Could you please answer the following questions for me:

  1. How many save slots are missing?
  2. What platform are you playing on?
  3. Did you experience a crash beforehand?
  4. Have you lost progress before?
  5. What was the last action/quest performed in-game?
  6. Are you relying on auto save or using manual save feature?
  7. Are you using the Quick Resume / Switcher feature if on console?
  8. When was the last time you were able to load your save?
