It's more than likely you own more than one Ubisoft account and are logging into the incorrect one to play Rainbow Six Siege.

Can you ensure you're logging into the correct account?

If anyone is still experiencing this issue, I would recommend reverting to the previous router settings to see if this resolve the issue.

Update: Port forwarding might have.. worked? I was able to loot every keybox aswell as the boss chest. I'm going to turn them off, I'll run the raid again on my alt to see if that actually had anything to do with it. Given the fact that territory control chests were fixed without me doing anything, I'm going to assume something happened on the other end. Thanks for helping out I really appreciate it c:

Just to confirm, which region are you playing the game from and who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

The team needs more information to look into this issue.

Are you able to provide a video, preferably a few minutes before and after the issue occurs?
