Just wanted to go ahead and confirm for you that the behavior you are running into is the intended behavior of that backpack talent. Any and all bleed damage triggered by your actions will deal the increased damage and have increased duration.

Can you take a screenshot of the backpack with no dye applied, then a second one with a dye applied? I can get this reported up after that.

If you are gaining season progression levels, you should not be receiving field specialization caches when you level up. During a season, you will only receive the season rewards for levelling up, assuming you are gaining SHD levels.

Can you visit each of the 5 SHD Cache locations in Two Bridges and take a screenshot so that we can see that each one is open?

The version of The Division 2 that you get with Ubisoft + is a version specific to that subscription. You can see the full list of included items on our editions info page.

The Lullaby is not included as part of the edition that you own.

This is most likely a side effect of a temporary fix for the Premium Credits - Textile Credits issue we're trying to get fixed.

You can see the listing in our Trello board: (https://trello.com/b/F2RU9ia9/the-division-2-known-issues), look for [Store] Premium Credits, and that is where we explained why some item purchases with textile credits have been temporarily disabled.
