By default, the game window in Assassin's Creed Valhalla will "capture" your cursor, making it very difficult to select anything outside of the window. What you may need to do is alt-tab (Hold the ALT key, press TAB) to shift another window into focus, and that should let you free your cursor to do what you need outside the game.

Sorry to hear you're having problems getting some achievements to pop on Xbox. Just to clarify, was the specific achievement you're having trouble with "Take My Hand" already completed on PC before you transferred your save back to your Xbox?

It may unfortunately be necessary to start an entirely new save on your Xbox specifically before you are able to unlock console achievements again, but we may have a few things we can recommend as long as you had not already completed Cent when you were playing on PC.
