Just to clarify, would you be able to provide some screenshots of how those exceptions appear in your anti-virus software? If this would contain any private information, you do not have to share it but it may be useful for us to provide guidance for other players who have Trend Micro.

I have escalated this issue in a report for the team, and I appreciate you providing your save files and relevant screenshots up front!

Just to clarify, restarting the game resets the bonuses to be correct no matter which recipe is selected at the time that you restart, correct? I ask in case we need to advise people experiencing this issue on a workaround to make sure that a game restart will always fix it.

The most common cause of issues with loading save games involve having the save files located on a separate hard drive from where the game files or the Ubisoft Connect launcher are located. It looks like your ally is on friendly terms with two of the people you are at war with. Was that the case before the war ever started?
Is your ally actually trying to help you against the character you are both at war against?
Finally, do you have any mods installed currently?
