Hey folks,

If you are getting this particular error, it is related to the country on your account not matching the account you got the game on.

I would advise checking your country set on both Epic and Uplay are matched, if they are not, please contact our support team via our website and change the country to match your Epic account.

The TTS should be in your Uplay PC game library now, if it does not show up, try logging out and logging back in.

Laptops are generally not supported due to their components not being as powerful as their PC Counterparts (Generally speaking).

What spec is the Laptop and what graphics setting are you running at?
