- What game mode does this happen in?
- How long did you wait before reconnecting?
- Were you disconnected from Uplay as well or did your internet connection drop?
- Can you tell us the exact date and time of any occurrence?
- Is this persistent?
I would advise that you still complete the port forwarding and attach the screenshot to your case so the team can see that you have completed it, as it is one of the first step provided.
I have noticed that during all of your videos, your ping seems to be quite high. I would advise that you attach the screenshot of your port forwarding to the case itself, so that the team are aware you have done it.
